I’ve never written a review before BUT after going here this morning after my gut said don’t, I’m left with this type of food! Disgusting and the hash brown looked and tasted as old as this! Didn’t eat this sandwich threw it away. You can remodel a building but can’t provide good service is terrible! I wouldn’t recommend eating this looks as you would get sick immediately!!! After I tried one hash brown I looked at the rest and threw those away as well. NEVER WILL STOP HERE AGAIN

The Passionate “Shopaholic” StingRay
This was the absolute worst experience ever after traveling for hours. My daughter and I went to this location drive-through and waited behind a car for 10 minutes eventually that car drove off so we pulled up to the speaker only to be asked to hold on. I will say she had a nice greeting, but immediately told us to hold me held for five minutes, then asked if we can proceed with ordering and she told us again to hold on. We waited another five minutes and saw someone come out of the back door so we asked if he was a manager and if they were short staffed, he replied yes. I stated we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and he said he’ll get that fixed immediately. The cashier came on the speaker and said what can I get for you that I heard someone in the background say“they can keep holding for another 10 minutes“ we pulled off and looked in the rest windows only to see the entire staff standing by the registers playing laughing. No customers were in the dining room. They were not busy they were just playing around, dismissing customers wanting to order. I would recommend their management to review their cameras and discuss the importance of customer service to the entire staff working on December 21 from 7 PM to 8 PM I guarantee they will see a decline in sales as it is default of their staff that kept customers on hold in the drive-through for over 10 minutes. I can only imagine the rudeness customers in the dining area received. It is very unfortunate to have employees careless about others when they applied to work and choose a career and fast food. I challenge the district manager and store manager to review their cameras address the staff immediately as they are contributing to the reputation of Burger King and reading previous reviews this is not uncommon for this location. Therefore, I will refrain from ever utilizing this location in the future.

I will say this, my experience at this location has been horrible since the 3rd week that they opened, until tonight.
I came through drive thru between 6:30p and 7:00p. Either I was hungry or the food was prepared right, fresh, and hot. I think it was a little bit of both! Shout out to the male cook, and both young ladies in the drive thru and front counter! I sealed the deal with a smile and thank you, and all 3 employees sealed it with a smile back and a you’re welcome!

The place was very clean. The team members were friendly. The whopper burger was hot and fresh. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I didn’t care for it. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was definitely lacking spice. There ice cream machine was not working, which was annoying because the kids really wanted ice cream. Besides that, this location was good!

The only thing that was impossible was making this Impossible Whopper! The wait time was over 30 minutes long, with 4 people serving this location. They ONLY serve the drive-thru. 1 person went on a smoke break, They stood around and socialized in the inside versus taking people order, and YES, they were was a manager on-site. Wish I had read the prior reviews!!! I definitely won’t be spending any more money here!!

My husband was just in the drive thru sat there for 30 minutes. The cashier on the drive thru was taking orders in the inside and completely forgot about the customers waiting in the drive thru. They were short of staff and only the cashier and the cook was there. She was completely unprofessional. Will never go back again.

Nasty cold burger, mayonnaise galore all over the paperwork with excessive onions. I asked for light onions and extra pickles. Just all around disgusting, I never had an issue with this location.

I ordered two sandwiches online from Burger King.. Fish was not freshly made.. Same thing with the whopper jr no more online ordering from me.. I’m sick of getting food that’s have set on the line in the fast food store for hours.. So the manager sends food not fit for in store customers to online customers..

I never gave a 1 star before, but Jesus Christ, please don’t eat here. On 10/20/2025, at 7:38pm, I ordered four rodeo burgers and a small fry, but received food poisoning (with a bad aftertaste) instead.

I literally drove back to the restaurant, uneaten food in hand, placed the food on the counter, and told the cashier, “Refund or no refund, your establishment’s food did not agree with me, and I am returning what’s left.”
