Super glad I decided to go here for dinner today! Great burgers at great prices! They even had some unique options. My buddy had a burger with peanut butter and jelly on it. I thought it was funny but he really liked it! The waitress was awesome! She was really kind and did a great job. The fresh chips are great and so are the beer battered fries! Love it!

One of the best olive burgers I have had! Great sweet potato fries as well. I am gluten intolerant and my daughter-in-law is celiac so I love a place where we can both eat. She had the corn shell tacos which she said were very good, and I brought my own GF bun for my olive burger. Heads up… they do not have a dedicated fryer for GF fries or tots.

Very nice waitress that got our drinks and order in within 3 minutes of being seated. They have the Club Keno lottery going on 3 of the 6 TV’s. The fries were delicious an they have a great rubin. Overall, a nice local restaurant in town.

Our server today was Heidi and she made our night. Drink recommendations were amazing. She was personable and checked on us at all the perfect times!

I came here with the cute girl this afternoon for an early dinner. We got to choose exactly where we wanted to sit. We chose a booth in the back near the pool table. The waitress was friendly and quickly brought us drinks and took our order. I ordered the western burger. Being the burger enthusiast that I am, I expect great things. I’m very strict with my burger criticism and what goes down the ole hatch. The cute girl ordered the bacon cheeseburger. We both got beer-battered fries with our order, with honey mustard to boot. That combo is god tier!
The food came quickly, as it wasn’t too packed yet with people. The burger looked gorgeous, head to toe deliciousness, alluring to the eye with an accompaniment of beer-battered potato goodness. The burger was fresh and the toppings, not overwhelming, but combined together equaled a fantastic and unforgettable meal. The bun was soft like a mother’s touch, hypnotic to the point of ecstasy. The fries were in abundance and the honey mustard sauce was a naughty little combo. It’s important to note the cute girl and I are both root beer snobs. That was our drink of choice for the night, and it was incredibly tasty.
We finished our meals and ordered two peanut butter cakes to go. Let me tell you, if you’ve never felt the tender touch of someone’s loving embrace, then this is the cake for you. She’s a thicc girl, but don’t let her intimidate you; she’s the one, and you know that tonight is the night. The frosting flirts with you seductively, edging you closer with each bite. The peanut butter dances on the precipice of overwhelming, but never dips a toe in that water. It’s perhaps the best dessert in Saint Johns. Overall, I rate our experience highly.

We are so lucky to have Swanys downtown! Anytime I have someone new in town looking for a dinner recommendation, I send them to Swanys. You can’t beat their burgers. My faves are the black bean or island burger, with the deep fried green beans with spicy ranch, and the peanut butter sheet cake. So so so good!
