Our drive-thru young lady Ms. Lindsey was so AWESOME, and she read our order back which was correct. Food came out quickly which I love, hot, and delicious which i really needed. She has a very professional voice, and praying that she gets all the recognition she deserves.

There seems to ALWAYS be an issue with our order. ALWAYS! I have contacted Sonic regarding the issues on a few occasions and NEVER get a response. Not only that, but Sonics app is the absolute worst!!!

Very disappointed!! I ordered through the app on 7/27 before I left home since it was on the way to my training. The order was promised at 8:11 am and it didn’t come out until 8:28. I ordered a toaster sandwich and cherry limeade. The foil on the toaster sandwich was cold that was the first indication that it was not right I open it up and it looked like the sandwich was post put together it was 2 slices of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Worst part about it the cheese wasn’t even melted and I don’t think it comes with 2 pieces of cheese. I just took off the top cheese off and mashed the sandwich together to try to make the best out of it since I didn’t have time to turn around. Please do better the whole point of ordering ahead is to make sure your order is ready in a timely manner and so that’s it’s done correctly. Food cost too much for yall to be playing with it no way this is almost $5.

Couldn’t tell you if the food was good or not. Waited 30 mins the screen said my order was coming to the car and then it showed for me to order again. waited probably 10 more minutes and then pressed the button and asked if my food was being brought out as I hadnt gotten it yet. Someone said they would have someone bringing it out. Waited a while longer and still no one was bringing out my food so I pressed the button and said hey I have been here for a while is my food even done? They responded okay and that was it… worse experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. I would not have had an issue waiting if they had even said hey sorry its taking a while we are waiting on food or we are short staffed. Instead I just get an okay. I went to the door and told them to refund my order. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend someone to go here unless they just feel like waiting over 30 minutes for food.

Tired using the order ahead app. Got an error saying “we are having technical difficulties”. So decided to just order from the truck. Took them almost 10 min to take our order, and after ordering it has now been 28 min and still haven’t received our order.

Had to edit. Finally got our order after 34 min. Fries were cold, burgers were cold, and they didn’t bring out 1 of the burgers that was bought and paid for. Their excuse “we are short staffed”. Left without our burger, I don’t have another 20 min to wait!!!! Completely unacceptable.

Got double bacon burger after long wait. Paid extra for toppings and only got lettuce and mayo. Also covered in grease to the point it was inedible, so I had to throw away and go somewhere else. Shame 🙁

Teenage boys think it’s funny to bring, 1 person in a vehicle, your 6 drinks at different times and have 1 guy carry 1 drink to you. Asked for a drink carrier 4 times, to be told ok, and every time I got none. 1 guy rolled his eyes when I noticed my receipt said sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened. Then gave me attitude when he brought them back to my car and AGAIN asked for a drink carrier. It wasn’t until I actually got mad and started going off that they paid attention and gave me the excuse that they were busy. There was only 1 other car in the lot and apparently you’re not THAT busy when 4 guys can EACH walk 1 drink out to you. I ended up having to hold 3 drinks while I drove and a shake spilled all over the floor. When I called to speak to a manager the next day, he apparently was 1 of the teens on that night.

Order just wrong. My Burger was sooooo sloppy and messy, it had no bacon on it. I ordered a sluggish and got a cherry lime soda. I hate soda. My fries were just hard.

These poor kids cannot seem to get it together. I ordered 4 drinks about 20 minutes ago, still waiting. Seems to be the experience every time we come. Not sure what’s going on at the place, you’d think we’d learn to stop coming, but it’s a convenient location.
