I quite enjoy eating at Chopt. They have a very friendly staff, with only occasionally having an unenthusiastic worker. I enjoy ordering their warm grain bowls with chicken. They have a wide range of salad options as well as delicious sauces and sourdough bread. The environment is always clean and comfortable with great bathrooms. Management is also professional and friendly. I would highly recommend giving them a try the next time you’re in Parole.

I placed an order for 50 people that needed to be picked up before the store was even open. Carlton was amazing in having the order ready on time, super organized and even saved the hot items until the end to make sure it stayed hot. The food is always great. I highly recommend Chopt and this specific store for their great communication and customer service. We will be ordering again for sure.

Incredibly tastey bowls and salads! Many ingredients to choose from. Some are locally sourced. Safe for those who are gluten free like me. This has become my go-to lunch place. I wanted to share an experience from tonight on great customer service from this place. We had ordered salads through uber from Chopt. The driver didn’t deliver 2. Called Chopt and without question the young lady said I have your order, I am just ordering another driver for you and should be out to you shortly. She even called back to let me know the driver had picked up. No hassle, just genuine good customer service. I will be ordering again!

I had a PHENOMENAL experience at the Chopt location on Riva Rd. in Annapolis! A huge part of my amazing experience was my interaction with the most incredible crew member, Anisa.
