Worst taco bell in Siouxland. Don’t order the nacho cheese fries without checking your order before u leave. Twice in a row I’ve received the cheese only! The tacos are normally a little soggy and that’s expected when you have to drive 5 minutes with it.. but it’s completely stuck to my paper and tastes horrible. Negative stars if I could. Come on now..

The overall quality here is really good, and I especially love their chicken quesadillas , they’re packed with flavor and always come out hot and fresh. The chalupas are another favorite, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, making them better than what I’ve had at many other places across America. Consistently delicious, affordable, and satisfying—definitely my go-to!

Remember to check for your sauces. I paid 0.60 cents extra for the sauce to not get it and ruin my lunch. I do not like their burritos plain, I can’t eat it like that and they for got my sauce.

Went there after pool league I ordered tacos and Mexican pizza which I haven’t had in years they put in the bag sideways which I didn’t know until I got home so you know where all the toppings were!!! Was the worst I ever had I threw it in the garbage!!!

Cannot get customer service at front counter at all, even though there is plenty employees there they want you to use the kiosk why they are on their telephones ordered combos could not get drinks because they said that they are out of pop but still charge me for my full price menu items Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo. There was no chicken or barely any chicken in my quesadilla asked for my fries to be fresh when I ordered did not give me fresh fries. Had to go back up and get them remade where the girl had an attitude because I was asking that they get remade stating it would be three minutes. I told her I would wait five as long as I got fresh fries Left still hungry after paying $18.03 for a quesadilla and a five dollar box was the most ridiculous experience I ever had when I could not find the five dollar box on the kiosk. The employee asked me did I need glasses to see only she couldn’t find it either Customer service is nonexistent. Food is disgusting and not enough to fill up. A toddler. Prices are ridiculous for product that you are receiving and being charged for product that you cannot receive.

Honestly, the food taste like an average Taco Bell meal. The service however, was great. One of my favorite items is the taco fries the lady at the window told me I had to wait for them. I didn’t know how long it was going to take I was starving but she was super nice and very kind. I didn’t mind waiting for my fries as long as they were hot and crispy great service compared to other Taco Bell’s in town.

2 $7 meals, Both Boxes contained broken tacos, Chicken Chalupa only had chicken halfway through the Chalupa, Stale Nacho Chips, not sure why the food was so poorly made, there was only myself and one other person in drive thru, I could totally see an empty lobby on my way out. Sorry will absolutely not be visiting this location any further. But the drinks where good.
