FREEZING COLD! Service kind of slow due to “city water” issue for some reason.
Got mysrlf a 3 piece meal, “datl meat”???? Since they can’t offer drinks due to “boil water” mandate by city of Danville, they offered additional side dish.
Although chicken was tasty and never had THIS type of flavored chicken before…”over spiced/seasoned?” Edible, just caught me by surprise.

Had a great experience at this location! I came in for the $5.00 Mattys Chessy Nuggy Gravy Bowl, and the food was hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly and polite even though they were busy. It’s a convenient spot right on Memorial Drive—definitely one of the better fast food stops in the area.

This place is a joke. People don’t even know what they’re doing let alone how to read. We placed an order online and paid to speed the process up. The order said it was ready and when we arrived our order was NOT ready. This was after the young girl Ana in the front said they didn’t even have it. Took 10 mins just to get our half gallon of sweet teas. We won’t be returning.

Stopped and got 2 pot pie combos and the Pot pie had a few strands of chicken a couple of peas and 200 carrots. The drinks barely had ice and those apple bites things did not have any apples lol..will not go back.

The worse KFC I’ve ever been in. Chaotic is an understatement. Getting orders mixed up, having to wait over 15 min for an Uber order and everyone had left. I had to ask twice, where’s my order. Pretty bad when doordash guy warns me in parking lot about how many screwed up orders he’s had there already.

Very awful experience first off the first time my wife and I dashed there someone harassed us asking for money ,then it happened again today ,as my wife and I waited along time for a door dash order ,when one of the staff was hanging out in the dining room apron on ,and on his phone on social media..We were then harassed by another man who asked me and my wife both for money ,and had the audacity to get upset after i told him no..As we were waiting I witnessed an employee who works there bring a 40 ounce in spill some,then request a cup to put it in ,mind you she was not even working today ..I felt very disrespected

I get the gizzards and they are fresh everytime! My window cashier is.always very friendly and welcoming wish more pl aces were as friendly. Although they are probably under paid they appear to enjoy their positions there. GIVE them a raise they are doing a great job for your location in Danville!!!
