We are a group of 11 bonafide tourists and regularly visit europe every year . Have been to many restaurants however this place has become worst nightmare for us . one of the staff who took our order was so rude and rush us to make orders , we tried to explain that we are unable to read the french menu and need a bit of time , instead of helping he was literally yelling at us and make us very jittery. The whole dining experience was turned into a very uncomfortable situation . This staff called Pierre was definitely not fit to serve in a restaurant .

Perfect little place. Second time in Bonifacio, second time having the best lunch. No idea about pastas, risottos or whatever, get fresh crustace, oysters if you like them, shrimps, langoustines, snow crab… It is beautiful and very tasty. And unlike many french places here they bring you lobster fork and those special crab leg crackers.

The waiter Pierre is so rude and impatient while taking our orders.
He spoil my holiday mood. I have been travelling to a lot of places,this is the first time i ever bump into such a rude person in service industry.
He should not be a waiter if he has such a bad attitude. He will ruin the restaurant!!

The waiter is so rude, don’t come here.
When my husband ordered sirloin steak, he did not understand, so we ( a group of 11 pax) have to show him the online menu one by one but he is so impatient. When I said “pls be patient with us, as we all don’t speak French” . He feels irritated and said that he did speak English to us, he understand English.
Excuse me, when we speak “sirloin” he did not understand at all ??!!
That attitude of his ruins our whole night!
Don’t come to this restaurant if you don’t speak French !!!

With high expectations we came in this restaurant, thinking it is Bonifacio and France, so it must be good. Afterwards we saw that it has only around three stars. We had a bit of an unpleasant discussion about the starter as we ordered the small portion of mussels but received big one. During the discussion they assured it is the small but on the bill they counted big one. On the top they were the worst mussels I ever had. Still the next day I had the taste coming back in my mouth. And then our main course the sea bream was without any special taste. In the end we spent almost 200€ for a bad evening full of discussion. Please avoid to go there…

It is seen like a perfect sea food restaurant from outside but when you try it , it is disappointment. First of all there was a very bad service. Sea food pasta has a few mussels and one small shrimp. It was horrible. As given by photo very small portion and expensive price. I think it is the worst fish restaurant which I have been in all my life.

The location is great, especially for those arriving by boat like us, since it’s right at the Bonifacio harbor. But unfortunately, the food was terrible. The mussels were extremely dry, as if they’d been pre-cooked long before, and the fish was completely overcooked.
As for the service, the person who seemed to be the manager was incredibly rude, impatient, and clearly just wanted to rush through taking our order. He kept pushing the most expensive dishes on the menu. Despite many available tables, we were seated at one too small for our group. When we asked to change tables, we were told to stay because the view was “better.”
Bottom line: I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I liked the service and the vibe a lot. My food choice was not great (octopus), but all the pasta and rest of the food was seriously good!

The best seafood in Bonifacio. We ate several times and it was always fresh and tasty. Mussels, oysters, octopus, squid. Everything we tried was top notch. Very nice service, everyone tries. Prices comparable to nearby restaurants.
