I cannot say enough great things about the Jersey Mike’s on Prosperity Dr! This location is an absolute masterclass in how a sub shop should be run. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and genuine welcome from the staff, who are not only incredibly friendly but also impressively efficient. The highlight, as always, is the commitment to freshness: the meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you, and the bread is consistently soft and delicious. The entire experience, from order to first bite, is a seamless joy.

UPDATE: GET READY FOR DISAPPOINTMENT, because your order will likely be poorly made … and LATE if you order online, via DoorDash, etc. Order early and at your own risk! This time, they forgot TWO-THIRDS of my order, then it took an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes (on top of the usual wait) to receive the other two sandwiches. They can’t even blame the weather or staffing shortages, because the first sandwich arrived promptly. Oh, and I had already given a generous $8 tip to the first driver (because the roads aren’t great right now), so the second driver got stiffed and ended up taking another order before mine, adding to the wait time. I guess the boilerplate “Your comments will help us improve our service and ensure better quality in the future” response from last time didn’t take.

Clearly said no onions, but the young guy made it with onions so i brought it back for a different sandwich. I asked for a little bit of mayo but it was drenched in mayo. The sandwich was literally dripping, swimming in mayo, inedible. Additionally, very unprofessional when he screamed “excuse me!” after he finished the sandwich. This experience more than required a review.
