I come here at least three or four times any time I’m in town the food is outstanding. It’s one of the only places you can go to when you get your mail it looks exactly like it does on the picture. The staff is wonderful friendly and man can they cook some good Mexican food. If you can’t stand the heat stay out of the kitchen.

SO GOOD! Their barbacoa nachos are the best food I’ve had all month. I got it with all the toppings, didn’t exclude anything, and it was perfect. Ratios were just right, the barbacoa was shredded ideally, sauces were great… I can’t imagine there’s a better food place in this mall, and I felt like I actually got a good amount of protein from the barbacoa. I’m gonna go out of my way in the future to visit this mall for El Taco Rico. 10/10.

Hidden gem in Irving mall. Flavorful Bisteak tacos and spicy green salsa. Their jaimica drink tasted just like grandmas! I highly recommend this spot.

Man hate to do it but I gotta tell you I do not recommend this place…theee most BLAND tacos I’ve ever tasted. You might not mind them if you’re ok relying on the onion and cilantro and salsa to flavor it up but in my opinion any respectable AUTHENTIC Mexican taqueria seasons their meats enough to stand on their own and shouldn’t need the accoutrements! Maybe they were having a bad this day but considering their current review score it seems this is the norm.

Just not good.. thought it was authentic but ummm it was bland!! Tasted more like was made by someone’s grandma up north. Chicken didn’t have one ounce of seasoning. See photo..
also had to wait 10 minutes+ for just a street taco. Kinda seems ridiculous to wait that long especially with nobody being lined up

Ate here when I first moved here in 2019 and never went back. The meat was dry and cold, the sauce was tasteless. The service was unpleasant as well the lady there couldn’t look me in my eyes just handed my food and walked off. Very rude that alone was the main reason I didn’t like the place. I walk right pass this place, wouldn’t buy a water cup from them if I were drying of thirst

The teenagers that work there lack the skills required to run that business. My food was cold, tasteless, and over priced in value compared to the quality. I paid 10 dollars for this meal which consisted of 3 hard tortillas , 2 oz of rice and 3 oz of beans, lettuce, 4 pieces of tomatoes and 3oz of thinly sliced meat. The meat portion was what upset me the most… it reminded me of three slices of ham you get from the grocery store. I order the steak tampiquena.
