While out of town, ordered some boneless wings. Wings were great, the garlic parm were a little dry on the sauce but other two were great. the fries were ok but the special fry dipping sauce was really really good.

I really wanted this to be a great meal. I picked this place specifically because it was supposed to come with curly fries. Even ordered extra.
Was disappointed when I got home and found that they packed the meals with regular fries instead. Not too mention they didn’t even tell me they substituted them.
Wing flavor was good, but those regular fries were blah. I tried calling immediately, however they were having “technical difficulties” at Chili’s in Downey where I picked up my It’s Just Wings order.

All these fries went in the trash can, they were old and greasy. For the $40+ order. I was really disappointed and upset by the poor quality of the food and it is not fair that I put my trust in ordering food and it turn out to be a complete buss….

Food quality is horrible.
Wings are never sauced right or only slightly sauced. French fries are horrible always hard and cold and super salted.
Management doesn’t care when you complain,
They always accused you of trying to get a free meal.
