I have never had such a bad experience with the food like this place I asked for minuta sandwich it was disgusting the batter was not cooked properly the bread was old and hard the pork chunks were old and refried so I told the lady about the food and she brought out the cook very un professional and a very nasty attitude when I told him with all do respect that the food was not cook properly he took my fork and poked the fish in a very nasty gesture and stir it up and said there was nothing wrong with my fish I said this is unacceptable he explain the the fish get that way when it’s in the bread but I had asked not to put in the bread so it was never in the bread I have always eaten in la minutera in hialeah and never in my life had I ever gotten a fish sandwich that was in that condition I honestly think the owner should replace that nasty and unprofessional cook at once
