I went through the drive thru today at the Tarheel location for lunch. Ariana was working the window. She saved me a little money revising my ordering which was greatly appreciated. She had a great personality and put her customers first. I just want to make sure she is recognized for doing a great job and make sure she knows how much she is appreciated. Great job Ariana.. Sadly, the service is typical of what fast food places have become. Food tasted fine. But they clearly have been trained to skimp, usually by a manager determined to make inventory. Candied bacon frisco burger is advertised as having twice the bacon as the regular (4 slices), mine had 2. And they skimped on the fries as well. No was rude, but not friendly either. Just meh . Music was good and at a reasonable volume.

Don’t waste your time here. Most of the time your food will be overcooked or undermade. I ordered a primal thickburger.. look at the pics to see what I got for $7. I get a better burger from Wendy’s for $1. Food always tastes overdone or cold here, everything is smaller than it should be and the prices are ridiculous. Get a $5 bag from Wendys. You will get more food and better taste.

Very honest drive through make that took my order and my money to pay the bill. I actually gave more than the bill was and with the money being straight from the bank the bills had stuck together and this gentleman was honest enough to give me back the amount over the actual cost of my meal! Hats off for the honesty. The food wasn’t hot and just warm enough to eat so I ate in the car,I personally wouldn’t eat there again but the honesty is worth the mention! A good person was employed there,hats off to that.
