Love getting their bahn mi and bun bo hue!

The bread they use for their bahn mi has a nice warm crust and easy to chew at the same time. One thing they can improve with their bahn mi is to stuff it with more fillings for a more mouthful and flavorful bite.

The broth for bun bo hue was flavorful and it’s a slightly more on the sweeter side. I love garnishing it with the herbs and veggies.

As for the spare ribs rice plate, my family found it a bit too salty and slightly sweet for their liking. But the garlic soup that came on the side was good!

This place has limited seating so expect to wait for your table especially during lunch hours on a weekend. There is validated parking and the parking lot seems to be full all the time so it might be limited. Note that they charge an automatic 18% gratuity for tables with five or more people.

Tiny restaurant with delicious authentic Vietnamese food that was served super fast.

Came here on a Friday night. I was lucky I didn’t have to wait. They had 4 or 5 tables. People were also constantly coming in to pick up take out. I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles. It came with lots of fresh herbs and veggies. Yummy!

Next time I’ll probably try their Bánh Mi.

Free parking. The parking lot is tight, but there was a friendly chap handing out parking ticket, which the restaurant can validate for you.

The dry hu tieu is to die for. Very generous portion for the price. Pho soup came piping hot. The noodle was cooked perfectly al dente. The broth was not overly oily, great taste. Beef balls had great texture, not too soft not too chewy. Hu tieu was delicious with the fried garlic in the broth. Would definitely come back to try other menu!

Small place with not many tables but a lot of character. I got the grilled pork banh mi and it was great! They cut it in half, and came stuffed with a lot of meat and veggies, def worth the price. They also serve pho, which looked huge as it went by me.

Good Vietnamese food. Prices are on par with or slightly cheaper than other Vietnamese places. Got the house special dry noodles and it was delicious. Service was fast and attentive.

I arrived in Hawaii and looked at Walmart.

It’s a Vietnamese rice noodles restaurant that I came to because I wanted to eat something warm.

Pate – Vietnamese Cuisine

This place was really a good choice.

Rice noodles are a style with noodles, meat and soup in one bowl.

The taste of the broth is strong and deep

The wine I drank on the plane really felt like it was going down lol

We are

• Assorted rice noodles (crucible+Yangji+Chadol)

• Fresh spring roll

• Grilled pork on the side

I ordered it like this, but it was a lot and I was satisfied with everything.

I’m giving you vegetables separately, but you can refill for free

Thank you for filling up the ice water.

I feel like my hot and tired body is really recovering.

The staff is kind and quick to respond!

I went with my child and I was able to eat comfortably.

You can park in front of the store.

It’s free if you get a stamp

There are not many seats, so if you don’t have them, you can use the Walmart parking lot right away.

It’s right in front of you, so it’s a short walk.

5 Stars!
Absolutely loved my experience at Pāte Restaurant! I ordered the Phở Bò and it was amazing — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked beef, and fresh herbs that made every bite delicious. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food! Will definitely be coming back.

Hole in the wall treasure!

It’s hard to get my kid to eat fast food or anything that doesn’t taste like real food but she ate the beef brisket from the pho, ate the noodles, drank the soup and ate the extra wonton I ordered and she usually rejects fried food! She ate a much smaller portion than me of course but she ate her fill.

I love it too. I’m allergic to food that’s prepared with additives (just for your info, I get food allergy even with Poke from Foodland + Don sadly or even organic salami I buy from wholefoods)

I have no food allergy no reaction to the pho here even after eating the entire bowl including soup. I also ordered extra soup to go and sure enough, my kindergarden kid asked me for more soup before bedtime after we got home later that night.

Huge portion, beef broth is clean and clear and awesome. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend taking out.

Very kind staff and very attentive too. They are quiet and have happy faces and smiles. Happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a hot bowl of beef noodle soup,

I adore hidden gem eateries because they usually serve delicious food. Last night, I was craving Pho, and I stumbled upon the first one that was still open. Finding parking in the area was a challenge; it’s always bustling. The restaurant was bustling too, and we had to wait for approximately 10 minutes. The Pho broth was outstanding, and I always try it before adding Sriracha and chili oil. The portion size was generous, and the service was both quick and attentive. I will definitely come back.

I may have found a new favorite. This Vietnamese restaurant specializes in Hu Tieu-style pho. The noodles and other condiments are served in a bowl and the broth is on the side. Great flavors overall. All are fresh and of high quality.

This is a small restaurant, always busy so be prepared to wait. I say it’s worth the wait.
