The service truly elevated the experience. Our server was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary dessert for my daughter, which made her so happy and made the evening extra special. The overall experience was outstanding, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended.
For our entrée, we ordered the sweet and sour chicken. The chef was kind enough to substitute chicken instead of pork since I don’t eat pork, which was very much appreciated. It was very good. We also had the fried rice, a little bland on its own, but it paired well with the sweet and sour chicken.
For dessert, we had the coconut brûlée, which was absolutely to die for. The view of the Bellagio fountains during dinner was also really fun to watch and added to the experience.
We will definitely be back!
Overall Tea Rating
TeaAmbiance
It’s true the view is amazing but the decor of the restaurant makes its memorizing and enchanting with luxury.
Tea selection 4.5star
Had my second favorite tea off Jasmine and it was steeped in loose leaf tea. You have to spend a few seconds appreciating of the aroma of the Jasmine flower before each so to get full experience.
Tea Presentation/Service – arrived with large decorated pot of jasmine tea and matching small tea cups.
One of best hot tea service I’ve ever had. The waiter assistant insisted on pouring all of our tea refills whenever we were low.
Food – daughter says it was best dumplings ever and she’s picky didn’t get a lot but everything everyone got was well enjoyed. They were flexible and accommodating with food allergies.
Coconut Crème brûlée was the highlight and second most important reason to come to the view. The quality of coconut crème brûlée was amazing with it being served in fresh coconut shell with shavings around it. The mango chutney was delicious and one of reasons this was better than the fresh berry versions. Learned the actually taste of coconut crème brûlée is not my favorite but the presentation and accessories made it a 10 out of 10, will never see this again.
The décor is refined yet inviting, with golden butterfly wallpaper, sparkling chandeliers, and vibrant floral arrangements that fill the room with color and warmth. It’s easy to see why Jasmine is often described as one of the most elegant Chinese restaurants in the country. The entire atmosphere feels luxurious without being pretentious, just pure, timeless charm.
The service impressed me from start to finish. Our servers were polished, friendly, and genuinely attentive, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and approachability. They guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that made the experience feel even more personal.
We started with a couple of cocktails, both beautifully crafted. The “Lychee Rose”, made with rose infused vodka, lychee liqueur, and lychee purée, was light, fragrant, and a little bit magical. The “Crimson Phoenix”, made with SelvaRey white rum, Luxardo Maraschino, hibiscus syrup, ginger beer, and lime, was equally lovely, refreshing with just the right floral note.
The menu blends Cantonese, Szechuan, and Hunan influences, offering a mix of familiar and adventurous dishes. We began with the “Crushed Cucumber Salad” dressed in Taiwanese soy sauce and black vinegar, it was crisp, bright, and full of flavor. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of the seafood dim sum platter, but that gives me the perfect excuse to come back.
For our mains, we ordered the “Szechuan Shrimp” with dry chili peppers and red onions, which was bold and perfectly spiced, and the “Crispy Honey Sea Bass” with basil and red bell peppers, an absolute standout. The fish was tender and sweet, with a delicate crunch that made every bite heavenly. A side of “Vegetable Chow Mein” complemented everything wonderfully, simple, fresh, and delicious.
Overall, dinner at Jasmine was an exceptional experience, sophisticated yet approachable, with every detail carefully crafted. Between the breathtaking view, impeccable service, and truly memorable food, it’s a place I’ll be returning to again and again.
We had a nice table in the corner where you could see the fountains going off. We started off by ordering a few appetizers and a bottle of wine. When our appetizer came out the server delivering (a woman) turned and started berating our server who was interacting with the table next to us. It was in a foreign language so we had no idea what was being said, but she appeared to be extremely upset that the beautiful flowered charger plates had not been removed and she forcefully handed them to the server and got us different plates. She was extremely rude!
The bottle of wine we ordered was not chilled at all so they had to put it on ice. We ended up just leaving with it because it took too long to properly chill it.
The menu is just okay. The seabass we previously had is no longer in the menu and the corn chowder didn’t have the sweet corn flavor we previously recalled
The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, and once we were seated, the experience improved. Our server and server assistant were both great friendly, informative about the dishes, and helpful with recommending appetizers and entrées.
The food was okay, but nothing special for the prices they charge. They even charged for soft drink refills, which was unexpected and a bit strange. Overall, the service at the table was good, the atmosphere was gorgeous, but the food was just average
