Visited this new bar for the first time and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Everything felt well thought out and high-quality without being pretentious. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! Great addition to downtown Battle Creek.

I was really looking forward to the new addition it town, but it was a let down. Our server said they didn’t have chai for the martini I ordered, unless I wanted to wait. I ordered an espresso martini and the glass was dirty. Floaties in the waters. She didn’t know what was on the house salad because they “switch it up all the time” it was loaded with white onion. Someone else cleared our plates, which was nice. We sat with cleared plates and empty drinks for 15+ mins. I flagged down our server to ask to cash out and she told me “I’m off the clock!” I didn’t realize people could clock out with open tables. Very weird experience. The burger was good, I’ll give them that.

Was on vacation with one of my friends and she recommended that we go to this place. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was just as good. Great people to be around in many laughs were shipped. Definitely appreciate a good atmosphere that is welcoming and feels like you’re eating a meal with family!

We’re mug club members who frequent the main location in the summer and are very happy to have a location in downtown Battle Creek just minutes from home. It’s becoming our bi-weekly Tuesday night spot. There were some bumps when it first opened but we figured they were just working out the kinks. The staff are amazing, friendly people, drinks delicious, and food good. The only consistent issue we’ve experienced is that they’re frequently out of multiple ingredients at a time to either make the drinks, food, or both, so it can be a challenge to find what they can make. If the owners read this, please address this issue! This can be very off putting for new or even returning customers and we would love to see this location be around for the long haul.
Edited to two stars only because we like the staff, but beyond that I’m frustrated. I asked a simple question about ingredients shortages on a social media post about the new food menu and my comment appears to have been hidden and I did not get any response. Is that really how valid questions are handled for your loyal customers? I get it’s not a restaurant (even though it was being advertised for lunch and dinner), but the last time we were in, fries weren’t even available. Given they are still on the new menu I’d say it’s a valid question to see if the issues have been addressed from my original review.

Late night dinner pick up after a ball game led me to this pleasant find. Attentive service and great drink menu. The sliders were a hit with my kids. I had a Moscow mule and it was delicious.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time and was really impressed! The food came out fast, everything tasted great, and my server Grace was absolutely top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!
