Went inside to order, but was told by one of two people working there to use the self serve kiosk. Not a great start, but ok. But then I waited nearly 16 min for the food. SIXTEEN MINUTES. Meanwhile, they’re shoving multiple orders out the drive thru… I get that that drive thru orders will always take priority, but that’s too long. Unacceptable for fast food.
Food was ok. 3.5 stars? Maybe 3? I could give it more if it was cheaper or faster.

The place looks nice and renovated. The customer crevice is amazing! We ordered large fries but then were confused about the size and thought we got a medium. They later came to us giving more fries for free because they felt bad and didn’t want us to leave disappointed. This is what I call customer satisfaction! Great place, would 100% come again and food is great. The place is very clean too.

This is now my second time coming to this location first I had mold on my sandwich Bread and I don’t know why I went there aging and now found bugs in my bag and not that I waited almost 20 mins in the drive though line jack in the box needs to do better I am no longer comeing to jack in the box

Can’t say this is the best fast food experience I’ve had. The food granted did come out quickly, but here were some key things I noticed. Once my french fries were pulled out of the fryer, the server seasoned them as per usual, and then poured them into the fry container during which the fries started to fall out, and she used her bare hand to push them back into my container. Besides that I had asked to use the restroom and once I returned, the server was on their phone again with their bare hands, and didn’t notice my presence until about five to 10 minutes later. The worst part was I had photographed this without realizing my volume was on high causing the camera noise. But get this, SHE STILL HAD NO IDEA. I use to work in the fast food industry and employees could receive an immediate write up or even be let go due to the safety standards and customer expectation. This is pretty unacceptable behavior and has me feeling weary about my next jack in the box visit.

Our experience at this Jack In The Box outlet was not terrible but not good. The staff had no interest in attending to walk-in customers. The minimal communication from the staff was often with their back turned. They seemed reticent to respond to simple questions. The staff were interested in the drive-thru, though there appear to be traffic. With no one worked the counter. I’d call out to people in the back for help or to ask questions. I’d have to ask five or six times every question before I would receive an answer. Several times The answer was given while staff turned their backs and walked away, or so softly I couldn’t hear. So I had to ask again.
The restaurant was relatively clean, though we had to ask him to wipe down one of the tables.
The bathrooms are locked. Staff would only unlock the men’s restroom for my mother. When they did, the lights could not be turned on on in the restroom reverting it unsafe and unusable.
The Coke dispenser had every flavor except original Coke.
No one really works the counter or attends to customers.

feel like the picture describes itself. shouldn’t have bought four large things of these curly fries. this branch is definitely understaffed and whatever staff that is there does not care for what is handed to customers.
