I Ordered a 2 piece dark meat combo. Waited at window almost 10 minutes. They Tried to give me wrong order. Waited another 5 minutes before another worker appeared and asked what i odered. Waited a few more minutes before another worker appeared and informed me that they were out of dark meat and it would be another 20 minutes. BTW it was NOT busy.

Haven’t been in a few years so I tried it again. Got the chicken strips and paid almost $15 for six of them. They are small and dry. Not worth the money i spent. Would not recommend.

We haven’t had KFC in a long time and my husband and I figured we would step in and try it again. Last time I got the KFC bowl, the chicken was all hard and all crust, like no meat. I couldn’t even chew it with my teeth. This time wasn’t any better. .. We walked in and it didn’t smell like food, it actually had a stinky smell and it was not appetizing. Not only that, when we walked in. The worker just stared at us while standing at the register… didn’t smile, didn’t say welcome to KFC. Not a word, my husband looked at me like… wth? It actually made me feel awkward and uncomfy. So between that and the smell.. we turned around and left to eat somewhere else. Maybe we went on an off day.. but we seem to hit them off days often. I would not recommend pacific KFC to anyone. The Washington location was so bad, they shut down.. to the owner or even district manager.. please do better. Please train your staff to do better. Food is expensive and when someone spends their hard earned money in your restaurant it should ABSOLUTELY be fresh and worth our hard earned money…

Was there right after they opened, and the place was filthy. Dried, sticky soda all over the dining room floor; sticky tea, and chicken grease all over the counter; trash and food crumbs all over the tables. I called ahead to place a larger order, and it wasn’t ready when they said it would be. They also messed up my sides. This location needs some help….a deep cleaning, and a little sprucing up.

Counter service was not good.
The young boy behind the counter was the only one who bothered to greet and help us.

First off looks like thay have great reviews …I can’t wait till thay go out of business.. it’s coming I can’t even tell you how lazy the employees are dont want to make original recipe chicken an hour before thay close thay seem to only have the new burnt chicken but pink in the middle
and probably made in the afternoon and sat under lights because nobody eats there because that’s the way their service is … Put a….jack n the box there with good employees then everybodys happy … Good luck KFC will never ever go there again..
