First experience was great. Got two sushi rolls and the steak and shrimp hibachi. The price was about 60 dollars for all three items which isn’t great but also not the worst I’ve seen. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and the service was great for the most part. The food in general is overpriced, but so is every other sushi place in the area. Our waitress was great, but the bus boy was rude and not friendly which didn’t really bother me at all but was unfortunate. Overall this place is great from what I can tell and I’ll definitely be back to try some different things.

Hand down the best sushi in the area. The fish is always fresh and perfectly prepared. Many people also order hibachi if they are not in the mood for sushi. The noodle soup with chicken is perfect for winter comfort food. The owner is so welcoming and the service is awesome.

We ordered the eel and tempera simple rolls. We both preferred the tempera (it was honestly my favorite thing we got here—and the most affordable)
We got the gyozas, which are fried, heads up (they were too crispy for me)
We also got the pad Thai—I know this was a risky move to get at a Japanese restaurant, but we were curious haha. It didn’t taste like a typical pad Thai (the sauce was quite different—less peanut flavor)

We ordered a bunch of rolls for dinner. They were delicious. The service was quick, but not particularly friendly. It was slightly more expensive than we would have expected. Would definitely eat here again.

Came here at the recommendation of a good friend was definitely not disappointed. Its a smaller establishment so that was tough to deal with as far as anxiety goes, but we didnt have to wair long to be seated! Dexter aka Spicy White Tuna Roll was our server and he was efficient, friendly, and hilarious! I tried the Dragon Egg (what a masterpiece!) as well as the Autumn Lemon Roll (I LOVE lemon and was quite pleased). You get what you pay for here but it was an awesome sushi time!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. It was smaller than I expected, but still a fantastic atmosphere even being packed. People don’t spent too long here because it was empty by the time we left, so that was cool.
The sushi was pretty great. They did a few things that are different from what I’ve previously experienced such as using zucchini instead of cucumber or a roll with lobster, scallops, and shrimp tempura in it! Tasty, but not my favorite.

There is a very large selection of sushi rolls fit for every palette. I almost always get one of their udon soups! Very good food and the place is always busy, but food came out in a timely manner and the servers are very helpful. They do have vegetarian options and a kids menu.

We came here pre-Covid and enjoyed but haven’t been back since. Service has always been great, our waitress today exceptional. Location is just off Indian Boundary road near Jewel-Osco. Not far off (south of) I-94. Ambiance is good. We live a distance away, but have been back several times and enjoy menu. If you enjoy Thai and Sushi, you can’t go wrong here.
