Walking in for my first time ever in a Panera Bread I was honestly worried I wouldn’t like it or maybe this was just not for me. I looked at the menu and was too thrilled about the options because I’m just not much of a soup and sandwich guy but let me tell you… it’s not just soup and sandwich. We ordered and the staff were BEYOND pleasant. So friendly and helpful never making us feel like a burden AT ALL. We ended up ordering the pick two and both got soup and half sandwiches but IMMEDIATELY fell in love at first bite. It was absolutely amazing!!! The soup was the perfect temperature and creamy the sandwich was bursting with flavor and color. On top of that the free item included and I got a frozen hot chocolate. We were a little confused on where to dump trays after eating but the staff said it’s no problem and helped us! Above all that the thing that made me smile was sitting there eating my food and hearing the way the staff talked to each other. They were talking like friends and not just co workers. Everyone stayed smiling the entire time and one guy had been up since 5am!!! Needless to say we are planning a visit back out here and have no second thoughts!!!

Life is better at Panera Bread… the fresh healthy food, the other guests & the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $9.99 unlimited coffee because I don’t drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that’s included, YAY!
Oh you gotta try the pick 2 – BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the Citrus Salad with Chicken, OMG so so good. I do add the freezy onions (which is free of charge) it is simply the best. Of course, add the cinnamon roll (get the one with the most frosting lol which is my weakness for only $0.99 because I also have the unlimited coffee. Another GREAT choice is the Turkey & Bacon Bravo sandwich but the trick is having them toast the Turkey with the bacon & cheese, OMG so good that way TRUST me! 😉
Lastly, the area up front with the glass windows makes for perfect people watching. The only downfall I would say the glass area gets shut down early & customers have to eat in the back area. But make no mistake, I love ❤️ this place & 100% recommend it! 🙂

Was a big fan of Paneras, this time I went I expected the same delicious food, but what I was given was horrifying!! Literal tape and plastic found in my sandwich and my salad! It was like they threw whatever trash they had into my food and I had to find that out the hard way. Absolutely disgusting, will never eat here or at another Paneras again if this is the level of food safety and quality they present.
Update: it’s been 2 years since this, all I got from their customer service was a refund to my original account AFTER they tried giving me a $20 store credit Gross, and I have never eaten at another Panera’s since and I advise y’all to do the same. If this happened to me and no one took any precautions to fix the issue who knows what YOU are eating? This makes me sick to my stomach just looking at it again

I ordered delivery for Panera at this location on Elmwood. Tomato soup and grilled cheese, the pick two. Here is how my grilled cheese arrived. It was burnt all over. This is horrible. The workers couldn’t have thought this was acceptable. This confirms why I stopped going to Panera. I rather support local.

I went here with my 2 oldest kids for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our food very much! I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup but I ended up getting the creamy chicken with white and wild rice this time. My oldest got the mac and cheese which is definitely made with the broccoli cheddar soup and it’s very good and then my second oldest got the broccoli cheddar soup. We got some baked goods to take home. The chocolate filled croissants are to die for. So delectable! The pumpkin muffin was also VERY good. Overall I’m very impressed with everything we got. My oldest loves coming here and honestly I cant complain. I always get something good to snack on here.

Try to order online for pickup. Online told me they were out of broccoli and cheese bread bowl? Sort yourself out.
Got to the store to actually order the bread bowl in person and there was no one at the counter. Forced to use one of the kiosks. Again sort yourself out.
