I went today in drive-through and there was an older man taking our order. Everything was fine until we asked him if there was nacho fries and the man told my boyfriend “it’s on the menu boy” instead of just saying yes. The only reason we asked was because I know they have stopped serving them before. I felt like he was super rude by saying that. Also he didn’t ask or offer any sauce just shoved the food in our car and was practically rushing us out of there with no cars behind us. When we got our nacho fries they were super crunchy like if they had been fried multiple times. In my opinion I have had several in counters with this man and just don’t like the way he’s has treated us in the past and he is just not great with customers.

People working here for very patient and nice. They let me park my truck and walk through the drive-thru!! And the food was actually awesome when I’m around this area I know where to stop and get good food! If you have a truck and trailer I recommend stopping here! I called on the phone the guy walked out to check his drive-thru to even see if I can fit my truck! That’s how nice and understanding they are at this location!

If you don’t need to stop at this one then don’t! It was just gross and very slow service. We were (at that moment )the only customers . Dirty tables and floors. They were fully staffed, so this really falls on poor management and lazy employees.

The customer service is generally good but my I have had trouble with my orders over the years. This time the order was correct, except I was missing the 6packs of avocado verde sauce that I had to pay an extra $1.20 for. I was super bummed because I was really looking forward to it to it too.

Better be prepared to wait on your food ( if that’s what you want to call it) ordered 3 chalupas took almost 25 mins.and there were only 2 other customers inside the store!! Food was terribly cold.! Extremelydisappionting!!

Came in to pick up a delivery for someone, I was ignored for 10 minutes, and not until 5 Spanish speaking customers came in did they acknowledge someone at the cashier. The man was helping the customers who came in 10 minutes after me speaking Spanish while acting like I was invisible. they had a line with 10 cars, and are understaffed.
