Worst drive through experience I’ve ever had in my life and made me very angry. They messed up my order by one, not giving me one of my sandwiches and 2 they rang up the wrong thing to begin with apparently. When I go back around through the drive through the girl at the speaker tells me to pull around to the second window and they would fix it for me. As I tell them I’m missing my sandwich they close the window and start frantically looking through orders and peeking at my bag in my car??? So I handed them the bag asking if they would like to look and they did they seem to finally figure it out and then a VERY rude young lady came to the window and said “wheres the snack wraps I made” with an attitude… I told her like I told the other workers multiple times that I did not receive my sandwich and there was no snack wraps in the bag and once again showed them the bag and said I would like to get my order completed right now so I could get out of the line they have been holding up for 5+ minutes with this ridiculousness bc of just the sandwich!!! She then slams the window in my face and walks away until which another worker finally brings over the sandwich which I’ve spend a total of about 45 trying to get.. very disappointed and will not be going to this location ever again plz speak to your workers about which ways is best to help satisfy the customer when they make a mistake. I’m horrified.. gross behavior towards customer, very sad… and disappointing

I love this McDonald’s. They are always nice, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It can be a longer wait in the drive-thru sometimes due to the number of cars, but they are always efficient.

I had the worst drive Thru experience, in ordered my food in the app and was waiting at the drive thru, got no response. Then I had to walk to the window to know they were closed. I had the order placed on the app. They should have mentioned as closed or not taken my order. I have been a customer not McDonald’s for a long time. This was my worst experience ever

Parked every time. 2 McDoubles and a small fry. You get parked. 2 frappes, you get parked. This is ridiculous. The worst park is being parked for 10 minutes and the fries are cold.

Over 30 minutes just to get order taken. Then food comes out wrong. Food cold by time they fix order. Store nasty. Trash everywhere. Employees lazy as hell and don’t want to work. 0/10 recommendation for coming here. Also watched a kid come out of bathroom picking his nose go play on self checkout screens. No employees came out to clean anything in the hr I was there

Ordered DoorDash and got the new burger, and my fiancé came and sat beside me and was looking at it to see what all came on it, and noticed it looked a little pink. So I turn my flashlight on and sure enough it was pink alright. I had already eaten over half of it at this point. I called the store and all I got was “Oh my gosh I’ll look at our grill to see what’s going on and to see if it’s happening to any other burgers, thanks for letting us know” and I told them I could gladly come back and show them the photo and they said “Oh no I totally believe you, thank you so much for telling us!” , and they didn’t even offer to replace it or anything. Definitely a horrible experience, and bad customer service!!! Not to mention the burger was poorly thrown together and very sloppy

Had enough of this place. Ordered my food on McApp put table number in on app. Server stands there dumbfounded don’t know that what the table number is for and don’t know that that number that matches on receipt is for. Had problems in the past at this McDonalds as well.

Used the kiosk to order my frappé and my son’s breakfast sandwiches, the line to order at the counter was 5-6 people long. The wait was about 8-10 minutes. While waiting another customer was standing over me and my daughter’s shoulder waiting to get by, I guess, instead of saying excuse me. They call out your food by the receipt number, which is slightly inconvenient, I usually throw out my receipt. The store was not the cleanest and it looked to be a little chaotic for a late breakfast rush. The food is as always, sloppy and just thrown together.

It’s McDonald’s! I only stopped for my grandson’s happy meal. Apple slices and nuggets. I won’t eat there, I don’t recommend it. Any McDonald’s. Not just this one.
