The service was excellent, and our food was even delivered by a robot—which was such a fun surprise! This is hands down the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in the U.S. in a very long time. The soup was my absolute favorite—so flavorful and comforting. Our server was incredibly friendly, and we had some great conversations. Highly recommend! The coconut ice cream awesome!

Fabulous!! The food is fresh, spicy and delicious!! The staff is personable and efficient. The waiter explained the special for us and we tried it and the Thai basil eggplant. The special, crispy krapow, is crispy chicken with green beans, onion, and green bell pepper tossed in a delicious sauce served with a choice of rice and a fried egg on top. It was delicious!! The Thai basil eggplant had the onion, carrot and bell pepper in another sauce. Both were delicious!

Great Thai food for take out or dining in.
They’ve always been great for take out but about 6 months ago the party supply store next door closed. The owners jumped at the opportunity, knocked down some walls, gutted it and made an incredible dining area.
We came with a party of 10 (kids and adults – it’s kid friendly) and had an amazing time. The menu is extensive, the food is authentic and delicious and the staff were lovely ( thanks Ian, Lauren and Noi).
To top it off they have this super cool robot that brings your food – you have to see it in real life. The kids loved that touch.
Be sure to drink some Singha beer (they have small and large bottles of it) for the full authentic experience.
Highly recommended.

Excellent Thai food in an unassuming location! If you’re ever in Oak Harbor and are in the mood for Thai you really can’t go wrong stopping at Naung Mai!
The service was prompt and excellent, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered the appetizer sampler and the Thai teriyaki beef. The appetizers were incredible, specifically the summer rolls. The dipping sauce was flavorful and paired with the rolls perfectly. The Thai teriyaki’s portion size was on the smaller side, but the flavor and tenderness of the beef easily made up for it! My friend ordered Panang Curry which was delicious! Very creamy curry sauce with tender meat and vegetables. The level of spice was perfect as well and complimented the flavor exquisitely.
Overall I was highly impressed by the food, service, and cleanliness of Naung Mai and would happily go back anytime I’m in the mood for Thai! Check this place out if you haven’t already!

Great little find in Oak Harbor on our way home. They definitely lived up to the ratings and reviews that led us here. Everything was incredibly delicious accompanied by a super friendly staff. With an extensive menu of choices, you can’t go wrong finding something to thoroughly enjoy.

Prawn and Scallops Delight is the best Thai dish I have ever eaten. Prawns and scallops were cooked PERFECTLY, and they paired amazingly with the fresh vegetables and firey curry. My wife had the avacado green curry which was also incredible. Staff was super kind and friendly and all around a great dining experience. 6 out of 5 stars!

This place has like 4 tables and a small menu. But the food tasted really good cooked to perfection. They make almost all dishes vegan or vegetarian on request. The waiter was courteous and made us comfortable. The price is very affordable. Plenty of parking available outside.
