First I ordered a 8 peive to go they gave 7 pieces instead. Then when I was ordered he kept rushing me going really quick I didn’t have time to answer before he was asking the next question which I assume some people might like. Also my fries were cold. Buch of kids just in the back laughing and joking around, which I don’t mind but at least get my order right. I can see why the rating are low here.

I always get bad service when I come here. No customer service skills always seems like the lady working the front hates working there. She doesn’t serve the people that walk in first she just randomly chooses and I’m usually first one in last one asked for my order. I ordered 2 completely different meals and they made them exactly the same. It’s hit or miss but sometimes the chicken sandwiches texture is rubbery. *Update this is the second time since my last review my chicken sandwich keeps having half the chicken dipped in sauce and the other half plain. Also the second time no pickles..

We order online the 30 wings for $30 when my husband got to wingstop to pick them up they could not find our order. They even attempted to give him someone else’s order when they finally did find our order he brought it home and it wasn’t good. The chicken was not well done like we requested and the chicken did not have enough seasonings. We couldn’t even tell which wings were lemon pepper and which ones were Louisiana rub. Sunday April 13th came with a mobile order wait an extra 20 minutes they had the kitchen filled! Yet so slow. 3 people up front people on their phones drinking out of their Stanley’s in the kitchen girls with bad attitudes. Multiple customers waiting. Just horrible experience. My order was suppose to be done at 8:50 also placed it online beforehand and didn’t get it till 9:25. Also all the girls had their hair in very loose pointy tails. There backsides showing. I asked them twice about my order and they didn’t respond back to me just ignored me and then proceeded with “I just did it bro it was right there I swear” and wasted another like 5 minutes looking for it instead of just making my order.

I deliver for Uber Eats and DoorDash, so I’ve been in and out of more restaurants than I can count. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review—until this Wingstop.
While waiting for an order, one of the younger employees (looked like a teenager, curly hair) was mopping. Instead of politely asking me to shift over, he just sloshed his mop bucket around every side of me, boxing me in with wet floors. No “excuse me,” no “watch your step”—just silence while I had to keep moving across the dining room to avoid standing in puddles. By the time my order was ready, I was surrounded by wet floors and almost slipped trying to leave with bags and drinks.
Then, when I asked for the receipt (which DoorDash requires me to photograph), the cashier gave it to me—no issue. I snapped the picture, tucked it with the order, and that same kid immediately yanked it out of the bag saying, “policy, can’t give you the receipt.” Funny how there’s no “policy” about making a customer slip on a freshly mopped floor, but he was suddenly full of authority when it came to snatching a receipt.
To top it off, the order itself wasn’t even right—the customer was shorted on what they paid for. A receipt would’ve actually helped them. But apparently, that matters less than flexing “policy” at a delivery driver.
I don’t usually complain, but the mix of indifference, attitude, and misplaced priorities left a bad taste. Food might be decent (if overpriced), but the customer service here? Pretty much nonexistent.

I’m currently in the place eating right now we ordered for dine in and thought everything was good till we sat and waited over 30 min for our order just to find out they put it as a doordash order and had it sitting for like 15 min in a bag and didnt shout our name out at all the staff didn’t seem to care when we asked how long till food was ready and was rude about it also had liquid and paper towels on the floor between the chairs and tables with no wet floor sign on it

Just returned home with the 40 classic wings we ordered (20 mild, 10 BBQ, and 10 original hot). As seen by the photos, there was absolutely zero sauce on the 20 mild wings. Called the store to see what could be done as I live 20 minutes away. The girl on the phone supposedly talked to her manager. They try to assure me the sauce was on there but “it is buttery so it falls off”…that has to be the dumbest comment I have ever heard as my girlfriend tried a sample of each of the two non-BBQ sauces before ordering. And if it is true then they are definitely making their wings wrong. Needless to say we will be going to Crazy Mikes or Buffalo Wild Wings. How a restaurant who specializes in wings gets its so wrong is beyond me…
