Saturday May 7 , 2025 my daughter at my request for rib tips not knowing about HAPPY’S PIZZA rib tips.
I ask her too try HAPPY’S PIZZA near our house she arrived during a busy hour 3pm . I’m a seasoned cook for over 34 years I just wanted some bbq rib tips.
I have too say my experience with the order of supposedly bbq rib tips instead I open my order too a lot of bbq sauce ready too find rib tips this was day old chewy very small pieces of meat , lots of hard gristle and pieces of fat the bbq sauce taste like ketchup with hot sauce. This was sooooooo disappointing on every level too serve these day old bbq rib tips too any customer unfortunately I was that customer that asked my daughter too go too HAPPY’S PIZZA on my behalf at this location close by our house. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This was definitely disturbing as disgusting too serve this day old supposedly rib tips hidden under supposedly bbq sauce.
I made a huge mistake HAPPY’S PIZZA SHOULD STICK TOO PIZZA . I simply wanted to eat real deal succulent rib tips and real bbq sauce just enough for bbq flavor as a condiment not as a cover up drowning the non rib tips in the aluminum tin pan.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL EAT OR ORDER HAPPY’S PIZZA NON PIZZA MENU EVER AGAIN . Consumer’s Customer’s

Pizza & Wings are decent, but they have THE worst customer service! Had to cancel my online order; called to confirm order was cancelled and the person who answered the phones begins arguing with and hung up – I won’t patronize business that mistreat customers! It’s up to the manager to know his staff. Poorly run! Spend your money where they appreciate you as a customer!

Happy’s Pizza on Orchard Lake Rd disappointed me. Ordered 4lbs of Rib tips and received what looked like scraps they should have thrown out! Nearly 50.00 down the drain. They are not what they once were as they should be ashamed serving what I received to the public!!!

Happys Pizza have AMAZING deals/ coupons on their website. One in particular is the “pick two” for 20$ I picked the 10 wings and half pound of rib tips. It was SOO good. It tasted fresh and it was delicious ..I went to pick my order up and the guys were SUPER nice. The place was super clean and smelled nice.

Been going here since 2022 but today was my last day. They gave me a pizza with barely any cheese, you could see the sauce throughout the whole pizza. I called and the manager said he could give me a credit and asked how much, I said half the pizza, he said oh no I can’t do that I can give 2 dollars then he said 3 dollar credit for the pizza because that’s how much the price is For cheese. Not considering the inconvenience it caused, or how much money I’ve spent with them. So there loss not mine, so nope keep that lil 3 dollars I won’t be back. Poor customer service, poor management! They charge 3 % on card purchases like they are ridiculous taking up space on 10 mile and telegraph. Beat it.

Received a order of bread sticks that were not edible….completely burnt. The pizza had the toppings just on top….nothing is stuck to the cheese. Called to complain about the breadsticks ONLY and I was yelled at by the manager saying “MA’AM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BRING IT BACK THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM”. For me, the issue started when someone decided to box this up and give it to a customer. The way the manager spoke to me is not ok. I dont expect to be spoken to like that by anyone but definitely not a manager (Steve).

Normally I can expect a mid level pizza at a good price with friendly people. Tonight we were in awe by the sandwich pictures so instead of ordering pizza we opted for the delicious fried chicken sandwich. Who could resist as mouth watering as the pictures looked. Well, when I tell you that thang was NASTY with a capital N! 2 low grade chicken strips on a STALE bun with a cup of lettuce and mayo. The best thing about the sandwich was the lettuce. I still have a horrible taste in my mouth. I don’t know what type of frozen chicken strips they are using but it must be the cheap ones. I had such high hopes and my hopes and dreams were shattered. The plus is it came with fries. That’s all.
