A hidden Middle Eastern/Turkish bakery in Spring Valley? I’ve lived here for years and had no idea it was tucked into the same plaza as Wienerschnitzel.
I’m so glad I found it because now I can get my favorite baklavas, Turkish coffee, and sweet treats anytime the cravings hit. The staff is amazing—they even let you sample a piece so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Plenty of parking, super convenient, and they take tap and Apple Pay. Truly a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back and try more, especially the coffee!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Al Hamadani Sweets. The quality did not match the expectations at all. We had kunafa!! Even though they made it to order and we had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be ready, the flavors were far from authentic or well-balanced! It was all Mozzarella cheese! No real cheese at all.
The service was also underwhelming. Staff didn’t seem very attentive, which made the visit feel rushed and uninviting. For a place that specializes in sweets and is known by name, I expected much better quality and care.
I ended up throwing it in the trash!
Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it based on this experience.

I had lunch with my son at the Mediterranean restaurant nearby and then came here for dessert. I will definitely be back and, this time around, will try their coffee.
Outstanding and kind service and delicious sweets. And this afternoon, 03/04/2026, I went back with my son and, this time, enjoyed not one, but two coffees that I loved.

We bought some sweets from this store and were really impressed with the quality. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. The owner was very kind and gave us complimentary Turkish coffee and extra sweets, which was a lovely surprise. Great service and great taste — we’ll definitely be coming back.

I visited during Christmas, and even though the store was extremely busy, the staff in the back were incredibly kind and attentive. They helped my wife and me choose some truly delicious sweets. I had previously ordered the kunafa, which was absolutely amazing, and this visit lived up to that experience. The welcoming girls in the back made everything even better such a lovely and memorable visit.

Al-hamdani Sweets Always Fresh, Always Perfect. Their baklava is always fresh, perfectly balanced.It has just the right touch of sweet and loaded with pistachios! You can really taste the quality in every bite. They offer a wonderful variety, and each one is just as delicious as the next.I make sure to have it in the holiday and family gathering.
On the weekends, we love to stop by for coffee and Kahi in the morning , it reminds us of home. The atmosphere, the service, and especially the taste… everything feels warm and familiar.

Very clean bakery, the service was really good. As a big fan of Knafeh I decided to give it a try after reading some of the reviews. just keep in mind that If you are in a hurry, it’s better to call and order it in advance, since it’s made once the order is placed. It was delicious. We bought baklava and a good pistachio cake that combined perfect with a cup of tea or coffee.
