Spirited experience in the drive thru line during an *extremely* long drive home. Service was great and lighthearted, brought a smile to our faces. 50 out of 10, that crew could get me to donate to any cause. Coffee, donuts and breakfast sandies were all great!

They claimed the lobby was closed but had to door unlocked. They spoke to us like we forced our way in and were extremely rude. I don’t want to hear you guys try to find someone to blame for leaving the door unlocked. For reference next time politely say that it’s drive thru only instead of making customers feel like they’re brain dead.

I went through the drive thru this morning, I ordered a large mocha ice Capp & a 20 pc Tim Bits & someone took a bite out of one! The girls at the drive thru were giggling when I was handed my order!! This is immature & flat out disgusting!!

The staff at this location is amazing! Always going above and beyond to see a customer smile before they leave! The manager, Nel is pretty top notch & runs a tight ship! Her crew represents her very well! Shout out to Joeline for always making my morning delight just right & serving it with a smile! And let’s not forget Preston! Very attentive and “happy to do it!” The whole morning crew is wonderful & I highly recommend you go see them before you start your day because they will give you the boost you need: caffeine with a side of kindness!!

Tim’s used to be a rare treat for me that was not only a great value, but delicious too. A croissant breakfast sandwich used to be under $3. Well, I just stopped by for the first time in a loooong time. The sandwiches are all about $5 or more now. That would be acceptable if they were actually good like they used to be. The sandwiches were all smashed and dilapidated(what im holding in the picture is a $5 croissant breakfast sandwich..). The egg and sausage seemed under cooked and the egg in the sandwiches was GREEN!!!!! They must just freeze and thaw now? The hash browns were nearly $2 per and they literally tasted like PLASTIC!! I ended up throwing almost all of it away and it cost $32! What a waste of hard earned money.. Would have went to chick-fil-a instead probably but it was Sunday..

I was so excited to find a Tim Hortons. Funny they closed so early last evening…9 PM. But worth the wait. I forgot how HOT the teas and coffee could be… the blueberry glazed Timbits were just as good as I remember. The cashier was super friendly. The store smells the same as back home. Strongly recommend! This location is a good example of what I miss about this Canadian chain!!
