I had an extremely frustrating experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza and wings along with ranch and crushed red pepper. When the delivery arrived, I received only the pizza and wings. Everything else was missing.
I immediately called to get the issue resolved and was told that the only solution was for me to place a brand-new order. I explained that I was willing to reorder the missing items, but I should not have to pay another delivery fee since the mistake was not mine. They refused.
I spoke with someone named Elizabeth Rosa, who said she was the manager, and she told me there was nothing she could do. No refund, no credit, no redelivery without charging me again.
This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve been ordering from this location for over 2 years now. Many times I go in or sometimes I order online. Today I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of quepapas. The pizza we received was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s never been this bad so I don’t know what changed there or what went wrong but my pizza was very hard to bite. The stuffed crust kept coming apart from the rest of the pizza and my toppings kept falling off. It’s not edible at all. The bottom of the pizza wad hard in some spots and some felt rubbery. While eating the stuffed crust it felt crunchy. I won’t be ordering here anymore if this is what it’s come to.

I had my rating at 5 stars before, but today, it dropped by two stars. Here’s why:
1. The person who had my pizza opened it in the back without my permission. This matters because this location ALWAYS brings the pizza to the front, and in front of me, asks for permission to open it to check if everything is right. The person today did not do that, and was exchanging some words with her coworker with her back turned to me while examining the pizza.
2. The pizza was colder than usual. It’s usually nice and hot. This leads me to believe that either the pizza was old which is why the person opened it with her coworker without my permission, or the fact that she opened it and kept it open longer than they do in front of me made it colder.
The pizza is still very good, but the above two issues are uncharacteristic of this location, which is disappointing, and I want people who are used to this location to know there’s a person here who does not offer the same respect that this location has given before. I hope this was a one off and she just had a bad day, because I really love the way the reps here usually respect us as customers, and it would be a shame to lose that in this neighborhood.

Pizzas Hut is very expensive, they say that the three-ingredient pizza costs 7.99 and they end up charging each pizza at 18.99 but their trap is in the extra tax and in the tax on the cost of 18.99 of each pizza. Apart from that the employee is very rude.

Stayed in a nearby hotel from out of state to visit Disney. We ordered from here 3 times while
we were in town. We asked for extra sauce on all of our pizzas, and the last time we ordered, they put minimal sauce. But overall, it was good pizza, and the service was great.
