I had place an order online for pick up & it was very disappointing. The guarantee for Domino’s says if it not made right you can replace or get refunded. What happens to the toppings or the pizza sauce. What is a pizza without no sauce I ask for my pizza to be well done & not even that was done. Also I got an oven back sandwich & hardly no meat like was there a shortage on ingredients. I pay for my food I never beg free meal to deprive of necessary of a hearty meal. Disgusted & disappointed & will never order from here again.

Make sure to check the app and they are sending you to a different dominos. Food was cold and had to be reheated.
And honestly the Hyde park one covers these in cinnamon, they actually make the pizzas half and half so our small children don’t have to split a slice.
Also paid for EXTRA cheese. Where do you see that?

I attempted to contact customer service to resolve an issue, but the phone line was busy for most of the time. When I eventually got through on my second attempt, the call was picked up but never answered. I could hear background activity, including a gentleman calling for a young lady named Ava or Eva.
I understand that weather conditions, such as a snowstorm, can cause a high volume of orders and inquiries. However, adequate staffing and call handling should be anticipated and managed to ensure consistent customer service. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

There was a deal for a 12in 2 topping pizza and I can never turn down a good deal. I ordered chicken alfredo pasta, 8 piece chicken wings and got the 12in pepperoni chicken pizza for free (normally it’s $22). My order came to be around 23 dollars and it was well worth it. Good wings and fantastic pizza. The serving size of the chicken Alfredo pasta was disappointing and the taste left something to be desired. I don’t normally order from here however I feel that this order has changed that. Thank you to this Dominos and all the lovely staff that work here.

Relatively quick as far as delivery goes, and extremely quick for walk in or carry out. Make some mistakes a few times, but the manager is very compassionate to the situations and willing to make it right.

My food was good and that’s all that I have positive to say. The delivery man was super disrespectful and I find it funny how he got mad because I wasn’t answering my phone. However I told him and put it very clearly in the instructions to leave at my door on the table with the two chairs. I’m a single mom of two babies and I’m unable to just leave my apartment to grab the pizza right away. It takes me a few minutes to get them situated. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable and will never order from dominoes again at this location and I hope he is dealt with. I will be contacting management and personally making a complaint to hr. This is totally unacceptable and people should have some damn respect!!!!

Pizza took over an hour and a half to get here. It was ice cold and the cheese was hard. Tried to call and got no answer on the phone. Delivery driver was nice and I don’t blame him.

Ordered takeout. Customer service was quite poor, seemed annoyed about the Tip. Got back to the hotel and had the pizza and pasta. Easily the worst dominos I’ve had. No sauce hardly, somehow burnt crust and undercooked middle, barely any topping. It was the only place open, but next time, I’d choose a gas station over this shop. save your $$
