Extremely disappointed. It took 25 minutes in the drive-thru to get two sandwiches. There’s no reason a simple order should take that long. The whole point of using the drive-thru is convenience, and this was anything but convenient.

Jalisa in the drive thru was awesome! I usually avoid this Panera because they always seem to be out of what I want. I probably haven’t visited this location in 2 years. If Jalisa is working I’ll go back. She is great!

I don’t know about that atmosphere because I go through the drive-thru. Sometimes the bagels don’t taste fresh and a couple of times I got the honey walnut cream cheese and it was not good or fresh, not sure about it.

Long wait. Burnt food. I paid for extra protein and they didn’t give it to me. They also got one of my sandwich orders wrong too. I’ll never eat at Panera again. Always eat and cook at home if you can.

I had a procedure earlier in the day before my most recent visit to Panera Bread, so I wasn’t in the best mood. Still, I had my heart set on some Panera, and they completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, which I appreciated even more since I was feeling a little extra needy today. The food was delicious, and my very specific order was made perfectly.
I’m a frequent visitor here and am almost always pleased, but today’s experience really stood out. Thank you to the Panera team for turning a rough day into a much brighter one!

Disappointed that Panera eliminated baked goods: lemon puff cookie and bear claw.
Got the ham, egg and cheese cinnamon crunch bagel. I didn’t like the egg, very spongy. Nice twist using that flavored bagel, reminded me of a glazed ham.

I got the Garden Avo and White sandwich on sourdough bread. I have ordered this sandwich at other locations. This location , I always get brown or rotten avocado on my sandwich!!! The manager and the worker who made my sandwich should be fired. They are ridiculous for sending something out like that. The manager needs to do better. The worker is probably a hater of mine.

10/10 recommend this location. I popped in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted with a smile and genuine assistance. I made sure to note his name, Jeremiah, was extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed and with a really positive attitude. I could tell from the way he moved around this restaurant, that he enjoys his work and connects well with customers and the other staff members. I truly enjoyed seeing this! He should DEFINITELY be promoted, and get a raise! Service really is everything. My broccoli and cheddar soup was delicious, along with my baguette. My coffee was also delicious, and self service when you dine in. Overall, clean, quick, friendly service. Thank you, I’ll be coming here for lunch even more now.

We catered brunch for our family and the experience was fantastic. The delivery was precisely on time and the food was great. I especially liked the inclusion of extras. Everything that goes into coffee was brought with it and in abundance. There were also utensils and plates and napkins. I didn’t have to worry about anything.
