Even though McDonald’s and Starbucks are closer, I will gladly make the drive to Dunkin’ because of this incredible team and their consistently wonderful work. Their attitudes are great, and they always give their best. The quality and prices are excellent. I went to this location on October 27, 2025, and ordered a meal deal. I asked for sourdough instead of a bagel. They failed to mention that three-quarters of the meal would not have food on it. Not only that, the sourdough was way too toasted, with half-burnt edges, so I didn’t eat it. For the first coffee, I asked for a “candy bar” flavor, which was supposed to be sweet, but it was not; it was bitter. They were already trying to rush me when I asked for a replacement. The replacement still tasted bitter. It felt rushed. I called this morning to get it replaced and spoke with Rosa, the manager. She stated she could not replace the sandwich because that is what I asked for, even though three-quarters of it did not have food on it. She said she could replace the coffee, but at this point, I felt like she was making it difficult. Please taste the coffee and make sure the meal is actually what you will eat, and replace it before you leave because they will give you an issue otherwise. I told them they could have both back as well I kept it for this is exact reason.

The food and drinks are great. However, I go out of my way whenever I can to go to the Murrieta location because they’re so much more personable and nice. This location, it almost feels like you’re an inconvenience to the workers day. No matter how nice I am, how many times I say thank you or good morning, you don’t get it back. Doesn’t matter what day I go. Also, get jelly please. You guys have been out for over a month, which isn’t a big deal, but its the little things.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but unfortunately I will have to stop giving this location my business!! No matter what the occasion is there is always a moody person at the window. Tuesday Nov. 18th was my last straw!! I can’t believe the attitude and audacity of the young lady working drive through!! Not a good look when you are trying to get your morning coffee and employee are rolling their eyes at you!!

I will never return to this location. I stopped in to buy a coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom first. The employee, Caitlin, refused to unlock the door, stating a purchase had to be made first. I explained that my husband was standing right next to me, literally about to step up and pay for our coffee, but she still flatly refused.
It is absolutely ridiculous to treat a 42-year-old adult this way. Instead of arguing, we walked next door, used their restroom, and gave them our business instead. If you want to be treated with basic decency, go elsewhere.

Sad,undercooked,swimming in grease,cold bacon. When told it was cold and not cooked right, the employee gave us a new bag and said it’s supposed to be kept at room temperature. I have never heard of keeping bacon for hours on end at room temperature?!? The grease was turning jelly it had been sitting out so long! This cannot be food safe! Plus swimming in grease is not appetizing at all!

Drive thru around the corner! Went inside to get (2) doughnuts. No one at the registers? No one else in-line inside. Place was a MESS! Waited too long for (2) doughnuts that didn’t taste good and got thrown in the trash. Employees dressed like they were from the thrift store.

The drive-thru Mike needs replacement because they often don’t hear you and you have to repeat yourself and yell. This location often is without bathroom supplies. It’s not cleaned regularly and is often without seat covers if anyone needs to sit down on a toilet seat which is filthy.
I have spoken with the Manager Jonathan who told me bring my own seat cover.
