The staff is incredible. Abby, Ross, Will, and the rest of the team are always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about both the people and the pups who come through. You can tell they put a lot of heart into keeping the place clean, safe, and fun.
The bar has an a good selection of drinks and even a full coffee bar during certain hours, perfect for weekend mornings. There are always fun events, themed nights, and a great rotation of food trucks, so there’s never a dull moment.
It’s easily our favorite place to spend time, for both us and our pup
Where to even start. First they have regular events that are fantastic. They have dog breed meetups every weekend. We have been to the corgi and greyhound one. The corgi meetup was very active and fun. Also they hold weekly trivia, on Tuesdays. I’ve been going pretty much every week and it’s very fun. They also offer gift cards to the top three finishers every week. We have won 3 times so come on out and give us some competition!
Also be sure to check the online schedule for the food truck offerings. They don’t have a set food menu (due to the dogs) so if you want food you have to come when a food truck is on the schedule. They are usually there on the weekends. I only wish they had some food on Tuesdays!
Also a local board game shop does a monthly pop-up where you can demo their games. That is super fun too!
I don’t drink so I can’t speak to the alcoholic offerings, but I’ve heard from others they are extensive. Also their NA offerings are pretty good. Not a lot of places have good NA beers/mixers available but they have 4 or 5 options which is quite good. Also they have a lightly alcoholic kombucha which is really good!
The dog park is awesome. It’s fairly big, has a large yard, a small water park, and an indoor area. The dogs love it. Plenty of space to run and play with other dogs. It helps that this place is also very active. So any time you come there will be some dogs to play with. Also everyone (staff and other patrons) are super nice. Feels like great community and place to make friends with fellow dog lovers. I would consider going even if you don’t have your own dogs, if you like to pet and play with other peoples dogs. Especially if you want to come to the trivia or board game night.
Definitely recommend to dog lovers of all kinds.
Only caveat is they do not let under 21 in. Makes complete since why, just worth mentioning!
They offer a wide range of events plus breed meetups. There is also a food truck that is accessible from the dog yard. The food trucks rotate so check out the taproom’s website for their event calendar and food truck schedule. Definitely recommend!
The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about dogs, which always makes me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, both for the dogs and their humans. Bella and Bentley get SO excited every time we pull into the parking lot — they know they’re in for a day full of fun, friends, and plenty of tail wags.
Two Shepherds really thought of everything — whether it’s a sunny day or a rainy afternoon, the indoor and outdoor areas are clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also a great place for us humans to unwind with a drink while the dogs play to their hearts’ content.
I can’t recommend Two Shepherds Taproom enough for dog lovers looking for a safe, vibrant, and fun place for their pups. Thank you for creating such an amazing space for our furry family members. Bella, Bentley, and I are forever fans!
Unlike other “dog bars” this is more a dog park that serves beer, all about the dogs first
They have rotating food trucks that come by some nights, plus they often have fun events like trivia nights and bingo. Overall, it’s a great spot to kick back, grab a drink, and enjoy some good times with your pup and makes new friends! Did I mention they have summer hours and have paired up with Bean Wandering, so you can beat the heat and relax with some coffee while your pup runs around and plays!
Highly recommend – you won’t be disappointed!
