I ordered off the app to get a deal that wasn’t available inside, told them I was dining in yet they still pinched me for a bag fee. Order was incorrect when a zero Pepsi was requested for a diabetic yet regular Pepsi was given claiming I ordered it incorrectly. I can assure you I didn’t click for two regular Pepsi drinks! The fries tasted old and were not crispy, warm, or fresh. Didn’t really feel like a welcoming environment either!

Ugh. Ordered 2 three piece chicken tender meal. The tenders were literally the size of a pinky finger. You get three pinky fingers of chicken and a 1/4 cup side and a biscuit. It was $27. Never returning which is sad because I was trying to share my nostalgia for the brand with my kid.

Every fast but we where the only people in the drive through. We got chicken breast not strips and asked for pepsi got something else not sure what it is!! I’m not sure if the girl at the window is new but I think she should of made sure the order is right!! Pretty bad service!!

Deals are solid and there’s a good amount of room. My friend was very happy to see all the pictures of the Colonel edit: mi amigo was disappointed by the service recently and they got his order wrong. He said I should go down to 3 starts but he felt bad about it and went back to clean the Colonel’s sign. Edit 2 : the food is very hit and miss but mi amigo Marcus was a huge fan of the new Chang can dunk it bucket promo.

I’ve never been inside before, I was in the drive thru but the line was so long. I went inside and ordered food to go. They were so busy but the employees were all so nice and helpful. The food was delicious I do wish you could buy just a bucket of chicken legs though because that’s all my children will eat.

ordered two famous bowls and both came with 6 tiny mini sized nuggets that doesbt even cover half the bowl. not even full sized. the past few times ive been here i have noticed that they hold back on how much chicken they give you, but this time im realizing that they really skimp on ur food at this location! definitely don’t recommend going here unless you wanna get played. save your money yall.

We stopped here on our way out of town… the lobby is very big and comfortable but the staff was not very friendly and and the place was not very clean.. They don’t have a very detailed menu and have drastically changed the prices since the last time we were here.. The BBQ strips were great my son said best he’s ever had but the popcorn chicken was dry and over cooked. Overall experience could have been much better but it could have been worse.
