This Caribou has the worst consistency possible. You can buy 5 of the same drink straight off the menu with no changes and each one will taste different. Usually disgusting.

Caribou is variable. There are times the service is really good. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Other times not so much. One never knows quite what to expect.

I come here multiple times a week in the morning, and even though I always order online I’m never disappointed by the people working there! 🙂 Always super kind and courteous. They even remade me a drink free of charge once after I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Shout out to Grey specifically too!! They rock! I’m always happy to see them working even if I don’t say anything.
