I’m very convinced whoever works here; clocks in, throws a blindfold on, and starts swinging their arms around over bowls and tortillas. It’s so inconsistent and unproportional it feels like a prank. Especially for the price. I’m pretty sure my food wasn’t even cooked this time seeing as it was ice cold. My sour cream, pretty sure it was milk, with some green inclusions that do not come standard in sour cream? But I guess. Three tacos wrapped horribly inside aluminum foil only for me to open it to a sopping mess that looked like rainfall had befallen it prior to my discovery. The picture even looks a littler better because I had to prop it in a plate from falling out. Not even the only issue. Just one of the more embarrassing. Especially seeing as the food is always barely edible. I kept trying to give it a chance hoping there’s a one off, nope. Done with that.

Drenching and sopping with meat most times. A whole head of lettuce. Tortilla so soggy it’s falling apart. It’s disgusting and it’s simply not hard to prepare food. Almost everyone has worked fast food and it’s not hard to treat your job and your customers food that they pay for, with respect. I’d doubt you’d eat it that way yourselves, let alone serve it to someone you care for. If you don’t care for your job, it’s easy to find another one. Rather than making someone’s meal bad just about every time. Just something to keep in mind. Our train your employees to have better standards. Honestly a joke.

They gave us all meat and one of us is vegetarian. They opened 10 mins late and we had somewhere to be. They put so much sauce that it spilled all over the car. The lids don’t fit on their bowls. There was one worker doing everything. Finally we waited in the drive through line for almost 1/2 an hour with one car in front of us. Go to the Wendy’s across the street.

If you’ve written off the Chipotle in Jackson, TN… it’s time to rethink that decision. And the reason is one person: Chef Joshua.

From the moment we walked in, the entire experience felt different from every visit we’ve had before. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and clearly takes real pride in his work — and it shows in every bite.

The chicken and steak were cooked perfectly. Juicy, flavorful, and finally — actually cooked the way steak should be, not raw, grisly, or rushed. It tasted like someone in the kitchen cared, because someone did.

But what really sets Chef Joshua apart is his work ethic. We ate inside and watched him for a good 45 minutes — cleaning up everyone else’s messes, keeping the line moving, checking on customers, and still managing to put out some of the best food this location has ever served. He even came out to our table (and others) to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. That level of pride and customer care is rare anywhere, let alone in fast-casual dining.

We’ve had bad experiences here before and honestly weren’t planning to return. But when we heard Chef was cooking here, we decided to give it another shot. So glad we did. The difference was night and day.

If you’ve been burned by this location in the past, do yourself a favor and try it again — but make sure you go when Chef is working. He’s there Monday through Friday, 10:45am to 4pm, and trust me… you’ll taste the difference.

Chipotle, if you’re listening: move this man up and give him a raise. He’s doing the work of three people and elevating your entire brand in the process.

I will not be returning here anymore. Ive tried 3 times and this time did it. I ordered a chicken bowl and there isn’t any chicken. I always have a problem with my food or rude workers or waiting forever. Just close it down. Its disgusting high priced and over rated. I really hate it there

Ordered online and picked up thru the “Chipotlane”. About 4 cars ahead of me and it took over 30 minutes to get up to the window, just for them to say they were out of the drink I ordered. When I say they were slow, they were S L O W. No reason they should be that slow in the pickup lane. Do better!

Also, when making a burrito, try to mix everything together. No one wants 2 bites of all chicken, then 3 bites of only rice, then 2 bites of sour cream only.

The dirtiest Chipotle locations we have visted. Staff seem completely miserable. One of the gentlemen cooking was dropping F bombs regularly. The whole vibe was unprofessional, dirty and nothing like we have ever experienced at a Chipotle before. The chips were stale. Our tacos and burrito bowls were still Chipotle quality, so that was a positive.

Based on how the inside of the store looked, cleanliness was NOT a priority at all and hasn’t been for a long time.

I had already ordered and was waiting to pay, and having a conversation with an Awsome young man working the register. One Worker messed up my wife’s order not a big deal it happens. Immediately the manager came out and criticized that the worker had made a mistake, which I watched her do with the prior 3 customer s. and that it was going to charge extra, I nicely said that they could just leave it how it was and we could pay for what we had tried to order and leave, she immediately started arguing saying we had to pay extra . So I said fine throw the whole bowl away and make another one the way we ordered. She then told me to stop being cheap and was yelling at me.the manager was Extremely hostile and aggressive. All the other employees were super nice and were obviously upset with the manager. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my entire life. As a firefighter, who dedicates my time to serving the public, to be treated like this at a restaurant was totally insane. First review iv ever written! And the first time iv ever argued with anyone in public!

I needed a quick dinner before meeting up with some friends, so I stopped in for my first burrito from Chipotle. The employee behind the counter was not very vocal so I did not really know what all was available for a burrito or if anything would cost extra. This is a small gripe though because I was able to figure it out and inevitably quickly received my burrito. My burrito was folded well and held together while I was eating it. The steak was very tender and overall my burrito was very tasty. The only thing I would change with my order is getting the salsa on the side because my burrito got a little soggy at the bottom, but that’s on me it was a rookie mistake. The dining room had a modern style and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would happily come back for another meal.

Ordered 3 steak bowls and our meat was fatty and grisly. We couldn’t eat the meat at all which then make the rest unsatisfying. We live 20 minutes from town too so going back to get something else was out of the question due to the ice issues on our road/driveway along with the time crunch. I called the store and was told to go on the app to get a full refund. I got on the app and the only offer I received was a BOGO next order. I was told that was the best they could do. This was a $52 meal. I am a weekly customer of Chipotle’s here in Jackson, Tn but I can say that will change going forward. Very unsatisfied.
