Very clean. The fish was actually good and the hush puppies are to die for. Okay, not actually die but you know, they’re delicious. And the chicken was good. Customer service is so much better than the one in Mount Pleasant or in Clare. Thank you Big Rapids KFC/Long John Silvers.

Ordered two combos and was told to pull over and wait. No problem. 25 minutes later we got our food and it wasn’t even the right food and they forgot the condiments we asked for multiple times, it was even on the receipt. Went back to the drive thru and the cashier argued with us saying she packed the bag and it was right when it was clearly not the chicken I ordered, it was fish. None of this would’ve been much of an issue had the food actually been cooked, everything was undercooked and inedible. A complete waste of $20. I don’t usually leave reviews and have worked in service industry so I give grace but this was just ridiculous.

35 min wait for dine in and still didn’t get all of our food. They happily filled drive thru presets while we sat inside waiting.

I’ve never in my life not liked the fish. It was not crispy but we had waited for fresh fish. Almost like it was second dipped. They were courteous but was not impressed. Neither I nor my friend ate our food. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. If I do, it’ll be awhile

It’s sad you go to get some food and was told it would take a few min which is fine and then they let my food sit and the manager on duty was like stupid employees and then they all went out to the parking lot to smoke including the manager

This was our 2nd time here,we love the hushpuppies,and the fish but my favorite is the crab and lobster cakes you cant beat that for $1.00 on Friday. Customer service was great. We will be back

We don’t have a local Long John Silver’s in our hometown. We were up north at our property on the 4th of July and decided we didn’t want to cook due to my hand being injured. So, we decided to eat out something fast, and somewhere we haven’t been in a while. This was the place! We used the drive-thru. The lady at the window was extremely nice. She was also the one who brought out our food to my truck. She didn’t miss a beat. The food was good and as I mentioned the service was also good.
