*Should start putting the sandwiches that are ordered online behind the counter because I’ve now been in twice and someone stole my order!! Would make it so people can’t steal them and you stop losing money having to remake them!*

I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches on Christmas eve that said would be ready by 7:40pm. My husband went to pick them up at 8/8:15pm and the sandwiches were not done yet. (My husband said that there was only one employee working. Really Subway?!? You were one of the only places open and there was one poor guy there!?!)
Anyways, my husband waited for a little bit and then asked if he had made our order and the gentleman said he was trying to finish them.
I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch and my husband a tuna. Both sandwiches were wrong…. both were tuna, not toasted, very soggy, wrong ingredients on both. And the one that was supposed to be mine was even labeled “CBR”. I couldn’t even eat it because it was so soggy and I’m not a fan of tuna, lettuce and tomatoes. My husbands sandwich was missing ingredients and had things he didn’t ask for.
I understand that the poor guy was by himself and extremely busy, but both sandwiches were unedible and tossed.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager to fix the situation and get the correct sandwiches, however there’s no manager on duty until Sunday. So employees can’t fix the problem…
All I can say is that I feel terrible for the employee who was working, but I blame Subway. Just want the sandwiches we ordered.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Emanuel’s’ outstanding attitude and customer service. He is always friendly, positive, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. My sandwich was made perfectly—neat, fresh, and exactly the way I asked, with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about delivering great service. Employees like this make a big difference and are a huge asset to this Subway location. I’ll definitely be coming back! I had the 5 meat Italian 1 a.m 12/23. It was awesome. Thank you for being one of the few that care about what they do!

Went in expecting to be able to use a coupon, no sign about not accepting coupons, none of the staff asked. So I assumed an unexpired coupon would be valid. Went through the whole sandwich order, one of the employees added a sauce on accident, thankfully I wasn’t allergic, so I just went with it(I don’t like wasting food). Then at the register I was told “our manager told us we can’t accept these coupons anymore”. Implying that they did accept the coupon but then decided to refuse because of the ‘buy 3 get 1 free’. After reading multiple reviews, im not the first who was refused the discount coupon. This next message is for the manager directly, if you think it’s too “expensive” to accept a coupon in 2026, why do you think people are trying to use coupons? Everything is more expensive. You’re one of the only 24-hour subway locations, maybe don’t be 24-hour? I doubt you get much traffic during the midnight to 6am hours. So if you’re going to say taking a coupon is too expensive and lose customers over a few bucks, maybe just save the money by closing down for 6 hours a day?

Several times now the night staff have failed to deliver food anywhere close to a reasonable time and when it arrives its the wrong order.
Please retrain or fire your rainbow haired night staff. Won’t be returning again.

Bf is hungry this has put a serious damper on stranger things night

EDIT: the problem wasn’t the delivery, we were in contact with the delivery driver. It was that the order didn’t leave the store for hours. (and again it was wrong when it eventually arrived)
I knew the hair because spoke to the driver and confirmed with all the other bad reviews that night.

Went here on Christmas before it was the only thing open. My wife and I ordered together and I was going to eat at work and she was going to eat at home. When they wrapped and bag the order, the cashier, woman in her 40s with blonde hair and purple highlights lied to use about which order was in what bag. Unfortunately my wife’s order was completely inedible to me and I ended up wasting the money on the order because the cashier just guessed which order was in what bag.

We have been very frequent customers here for many years. We live close and walk or drive over a few times/month. One of the main reasons being the coupons we receive in the mail. With the economy what it is, subway has been a great option to be able to feed us at a reasonable price. Today we were told that the coupons were turned off by the store manager and they are no longer accepted. The idea that a franchise coupon can just be turned off is ridiculous. We will not be back any time soon.

I placed an order through Uber Eats at 11:40 PM on December 25, 2025. The order did not arrive until 1:01 AM because the driver was forced to wait at the store for over an hour, which is completely unacceptable.
When the food finally arrived, the sandwich was soggy, smashed, and carelessly assembled. This was not caused by the driver but was clearly the result of poor workmanship by the store’s crew. Multiple items were either missing or wrong:
My cookie was missing
I did not receive the extra cheese I paid for
The four slices of cheese were thrown on the sandwich stuck together and unseparated, showing zero care in preparation
I once again did not receive double cheese, despite being charged for it
The Uber Eats driver specifically stated that the employees were lazy, rude, and extremely slow, which directly explains the excessive wait time and the low quality of the food.
This order shows a complete lack of quality control, professionalism, and respect for customers. Between the hour-long delay, missing items, incorrect charges, and the unacceptable condition of the food, this experience was a total failure.

Sorry edit…I got two slices of cheese after asking for extra cheese. So I got less cheese then even a normal sandwich.

GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD. TERRIBLE OWNER. I brought a coupon I got in the mail and the employee immediately told me this subway owner doesn’t accept coupons. Bad experience. Even tried to go through the app. I love subway but they are losing a customer after this BS. I got these coupons in the mail – you’d think it would work at subway.

We did not expect our visit to turn out so well.

The moment we walked in we were greeted by the most awesome hello and welcome in. Reggies vibe was friendly, happy and you could tell he Honestly and Genuinely loves what he does.

Friendly, mindful and an excellent salesmen as well, he upped his sales with a simple nod or smile and we were happy to add on.

Despite being almost 9pm, everything looked fresh and crisp like it had just been put out. I was able to taste the tuna and it was so good, I got a 6″ and hubby got the FL.

While Reggie was the topper to the night, I do have to mention that this Subway is open 24 hours and in our line of work, it is nice to know that we have a place to go on the way home to pick up a good sub sandwich instead of fried food.

And with Reggie behind the counter, we will always come back.

We ordered delivery. Veggie Patty Sub, had no veggie Patty on it, just vegetables. That’s one of the more expensive sandwiches too and they gave me a veggie delight instead.

The cold cut combo we ordered for my partner only had bologna, no salami or ham.
