I ordered family size food. I didnt get my rice at all. the large containers barely had food in them. I will include pictures. the chicken was good. the fries were cold. the biscuits were hard as rocks. I am from Texas. please change yalls name to something else. I had to make extra sides because I was feeding 5 people with next to nothing sides.

Waited 15 minutes in the line just to get food that was not fresh. Tenders were cold and stale. Smokehouse chicken was burned like they either over cooked it or dropped it again when i ordered it then added more seasoning. I asked for a refund only to be given a refund for ONLY the chicken. If I ordered a meal that usually means I NEED A MEAL. so forget having protein for dinner i can just fill up on sides. Even though i tried to return the full box with all the food they said they didn’t accept it back. This place is a joke. All the employees just walking around doing NOTHING and sitting outside smoking weed. Ridiculous!! I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances and each time it gets worse. I won’t be back this time.

Omg, I visited Church’s Chicken earlier and the first shift was very disrespectful. However, I absolutely love the second shift! They were so respectful and made sure I had everything I needed. Great job, team!

We were skeptical about ordering from here because of the reviews, but we wanted a quick dinner so we could sleep cause we work night shift. Let me tell you, this chicken was the best I have found here since I moved here from Pennsylvania! It was doordashed, The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The gravy was delicious also!I think we found a new spot! Always try something yourself, you may be surprised! We were! Thank you and we will be ordering again!

We placed an order over the internet and went to pick it up for kids in the hospital that delivered a baby. I went to pick the order up in Machesney il, and was told they didn’t have enough chicken that we ordered and paid for to honor our order. They did offer other pieces, but if that’s what i wanted I would of ordered it. They wouldn’t give my money back, so I called corporate that nite , an 3 times after a filled complaints. I never got reimbursed for my payment, and they said they are sending me 100 dollars in coupons to use and didn’t receive that either. We will never go to that place again, nor will non of our friends will go to that place. Bad service, management, and corporate company. BE AWARE AND POST YOU REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE B.B.B CENTER.

I have had church’s chicken in Texas and it is good. This location is really bad. The tenders were left for hours under the heat lamp and we’re unedible. They forgot all the sides of the family order. The best you could order are bone-in pieces. I doubt this place will stay open for much longer. Don’t eat here.

Dwight and his crew were amazing! Very helpful. The food was fresh and the service was even better! Not to mention the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back!

Alley is absolutely amazing. I’ve never met a staff member so dedicated to her job. She is extremely professional, patient, and understanding. I admit when I saw the low reviews I was hesitant to try it. But I am SO glad we did! Service was extremely friendly and quick, food was done very quickly and hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was sweet and charming. Food was delicious!
