We’ve had 2 different apps during our stops, first favorite is the duck wontons, which are phenomenal! Crispy, flavorful, and the hot honey on top is a nice touch of sweet heat to round everything out. We’ve also had the Bacon Onion Dip & it’s become a second favorite. All the flavors compliment one another but don’t over power. It’s a great balance, and we loved that the Fried Naan Bread had a little crisp around the edges to help hold up against the dip, but the center is soft & warm. It just warms your heart.
Tomato Basil Soup is great, could have used a touch more salt, but that’s a personal preference. We loved that the basil didn’t over power the soup but added a nice touch & rounded out the flavor as a whole.
My personal favorite the Salmon Taco’s. They are absolutely delicious & full of flavor. The sweetness from the mango salsa, the kick from the spicy mayo…just yum!
One of my husbands favorites is the Queso Pork. It’s a messy, juicy flavorful pulled pork sandwich that he couldn’t wait to dig into. We both love the crunch on the tater tots so we get those every time.
The only thing I’ve had that I would complain about is the Club Sandwich. Not sure if it’s every time, but when I had it, I was super excited. The thing is HUGE & loaded. But one bite & something was off, like going bad off. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly what it was, but something on the sandwich smelled stale & then when you bit into it you got a waxy taste. I would try it again just to see if it was a fluke because it’s the first bad thing I’ve had.
Servers are super nice & always have smiles on their faces.
Don’t be afraid of the spice rack. It won’t bite you. I know this is Minnesota Farmville, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to use taco seasoning or chili powder and serve bland food that tastes like sadness.
Patrons, do yourselves a favor and stick to the menu items with cheese in them. It’s difficult for the kitchen to mess those up.
Food was okay.
I ordered a burger.
They charged individually for sauces, substitutions, etc… seemed like half my tab was things I thought were included in my meal.
