A clean location with good, fresh food.
This is based on two separate visits using the Panera app and Rapid Pick Up. Both orders were done on time and all my customizations were honored.
I found both orders to have used fresh vegetables, with an ample amount of ingredients. The bread was fresh. My dietary restrictions driven customizations were all accurate on all orders.
There was a stand out customer service moment when I was called by the store to confirm a duplicate order I placed. The employee was courteous and efficient. I use Panera across the US and have never had a store call to confirm this. I’ve often just had the second duplicate order not prepared as they assumed it was an error.
The location is clean and well laid out both inside and on the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return to this location.

Nice place! We had not been to any panera in years. I got the chili, but it came with no toppings which i believe it used to, at least in PA where we live. My hubby lived his Italiano sandwich. I loved their fireplace!

This place came up as a drive through but can go in for sit down. Enjoyed tea and fire place. Good service and friendly staff. Convenient location. Only had tea. Did not try food.

App never alerted that order was ready by the time I checked it was cold. Then open the bag and find there is no bread supposed to be 4 pca with the family meal we ordered.

OMG A DRIVE THRU PANERA?! Easy access to broccoli cheddar soup!! Dreams really do come true! The service here was excellent and my soup and sandwich were delicious! I will definitely be returning soon!

I got a you pick 2. The sandwich was so small as heck and they forgot the French bread. Not worth the price at all. Soup is small and cost almost $6. The sandwich is almost $8 that’s too much for how small they are.

The employees here are always SO kind and fix problems even when they aren’t their fault (like third party delivery drivers not delivering orders). They go above and beyond to help and are very understanding. Food is always prepared on time and well.

This is the only Panera I’ve ever been to that’s given me slimy lettuce in a salad. I thought it was a one-time mistake, but it happened a second time. Convenience will keep me returning. The friendliness of the staff is very hit or miss. The physical location is clean.
