The best food I ever had in my life, incomparable to any other restaurants! The Chef greeted us and explained the menu. The quality and presentation of the food was second to none! Highly recommended if you are in Miami or on the way to Everglade, definitely worth the drive.

What a great find! Got together with a group of fiends and were looking for a place to dine and chat. Went to the wine place across the street but it was very loud and decided to cross the street and try Pasión restaurant. What a wonderful place! The service was top notch and the food excellent. We had various dishes and desserts and everything was awesome: The unique thing is that they are part of the culinary school across the street and the students have the opportunity to participate in the kitchen with the chefs. Really liked this place! Go try it.

We found out the place was reopened 2 weeks ago under VIVO name and new menu
Staff is working on update the menu an photos
We indulged literally with the tropical hummus HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I choose As my main dish the pork tenderloin because the pictures Alberto our server showed us literally sold me into and was greatly impressed with the tenderness and flavor not to forget the detailed presentation, I felt In a 5 stars Michelin restaurant.
The desert was superb guava infused cuatro leches
And espresso was delicately served in a lovely earth tone cups
So many more items on the menu to try
I was recommended by Alberto to try the filet mignon and the yellow tail dishes
On my list for a soon next time

The chef exuded a warm, welcoming charm, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. As for the meal, the steak I ordered was an epicurean delight – undoubtedly one of the juiciest and most flavorful I’ve ever savored. This establishment has earned my wholehearted recommendation.
