We loved Danny’s! For my hubby and l the special was the way to go. A full slab of incredible, delicious ribs with a pint of green beans and baked beans for around $40!! The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Kinda need some music playing in the background but would for sure return again! The Head County bbq sauces are great, too!

Got the sample platter Meat was dry, Brisket looked and tasted just a couple stages short of beef Jerky. Sausage had a mushy texture. It came with HAM? That was also Jerky style. Ribs where fatty but decent compared to everything else. My sides. Potato salad was trash and the coleslaw even worse. No 2nd visit for me.

I would give this restaurant more stars if I could, the best brisket I have ever had hands down. Moist, juicy, flavorful, just simply the best! Sides may seem small, but they’re just enough because The meat is definitely the Star of the show! If you’re not eating here, you are truly missing out on the best Barbecue!

Best BBQ in town. Don’t waste your time next door at the chain BBQ. This is the real deal and you won’t be sorry. The brisket and ribs are so tender and perfectly smoked. Get the sampler plate to try it all. Big thumbs up for real BBQ.

The ribs taste like they have been PRE-COOKED and FROZEN. I had the Sampler(3 small ribs, 2 slices of ham, 4 small slices of brisket and 1 hot link) Ribs were a bit tough, the ham was tasty as were the thick but small slices of Brisket. The hot link was not very good, low quality and only hot because it was full of seeds and hard pieces that almost breaks a tooth if you’re not careful. The baked beans were delicious but their “side portion” is very small. The seasoned fries would have been better had they not been sitting under a couple of heat lamps for a while. They offered me fresh fries which is a plus but if you are willing to serve me cold fries, I’m going to take that in to account. The BBQ Sauce is bottles of Head Country, which is a good BBQ sauce but better BBQ places MAKE THEIR OWN. Overall, could be better, have had much worse.

First time visiting Danny’s the wait staff was very friendly and helpful for being my first time. The ham, brisket and baked beans were delicious! Wasn’t a huge fan of the hot links (tasted more like sausage than a traditional hot link) and the ribs, but overall was still great! The guy slicing the meat was on it and did a great job handling customer requests.

Small portions at high prices. 2 pieces of catfish 13.99 plus tax. $17.00. Thought I could get a decent meal after driving all day to get freight to this town. Still ended up eating at the truck stop.
