I am blow away by the delicious pizza I had at Darios! I am still dreaming up coming back to have more! I started with a plain slice – to really measure how good a pizza is, you got to start there! I got to tell you, this slice was so thin, so crisp, so firm and delicious, I don’t remember having anything better anywhere! Then I had a mortadella slice that even had real pistachio crumbs on the top! Sooooo good! The desert? Those Italian doughnuts (not sure the name). I had a pistaccio cream one that brought me home to when my grandma used to make them for me, back in the day.

Had both the regular and the Roman Style and both were VERY good. Not your typical Long Island pizza pie. The regular was very very thin, which I happen to love, and it was obvious they used fresh good ingredients. Roman style was a unique a lot like Sicilian, but a little different, definitely worth a try. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Really great pizza. I know you pass 12 pizza joints on your way to this one but it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend. I had a roman style slice and a chicken Caesar sandwich. Both were so good. Place was packed. This is definitely worth the trip.

5 star business but prices are a bit steep for a pizza joint. Sandwiches are amazing but the focaccia is a bit too delicate to handle it all. I would definitely come back to try some other options on the menu, but not as often as I would like with the current prices.

Came as a group around 7:30 pm on a Sunday. Great vibes from the people serving pizza all around. We all ordered and got our food quickly. They were really nice and accommodating letting us sit outside even though they closed at 8pm. We also got bombolini from them as they were the last six left. Shoutout to Dario’s, I’ll be back

Absolutely a gem ! From the moment you walk in, you can smell that fresh, authentic pizza aroma that lets you know you’re in the right place. Their crust is incredible, perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and best of all, no flop ! When you pick up a slice, it stand tall. You can tell the dough is made with care and baked just right every single time.
I’ve tried a few of their Roman style specialty pizzas, and every one has been top notch great flavor combinations, quality ingredients, and that perfect balance of crispness and chew. My personal favorite will always be their Margherita pizza. It’s simple but done perfectly bright, fresh tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella that melts beautifully, and just the right touch of fresh basil on top. Every bite feels great to eat.

I’ve been meaning to try Dario’s for ages, and I finally made it over when I was in the neighborhood. The pizza absolutely lives up to the hype. honestly, it’s even better than its One Bite score suggests. I’d personally give it a higher rating.
Grabbed two slices and the pistachio bomboloni for desert..both were incredible. The service was warm and fast, and it’s a family run spot, you can feel the love. For the quality you’re getting, the prices are more than fair.
Can’t imagine it getting any better than this. Highly recommend!

Great crust, really aesthetically beautiful pie. Vodka sauce has good flavor. Stands up to the heavy hitters elsewhere in NY. Worth a try for sure. Very similar to one of the best places in Brooklyn I won’t name here :), but also unique in its own way, with an unexplainable “long islandyness” maybe due to the large selection of slices I don’t usually see. Pricey but worth it.

A special shout from the rooftop shout out to LEO and DARIO for your amazing humility and kindness and generosity. They had no idea of the day I had, or the work I do, or what a rough month it’s been. They simply showed me kindness, while giving a big smile and serving the absolute best WHITE PIZZA WITH BURRATA I have ever had. I’m going to try their Philly cheesesteaks next. This is definitely a must go to place.
