We stopped in on a whim yesterday and were blown away. I ordered the pulled pork , my wife ordered a pork taco, (so I did too) and my kids got the two piece dark meat chicken and every single bit of it was perfect. The sides are top notch too, I honestly can’t say enough good things about the place. The staff was super friendly and very personable. I live 20 miles away from Will’s, but if I’m craving bbq, I’ll make the drive every time!

Great staff, killer food, and cool little place. Brisket and chicken are both perfect, potato salad was good.. However, the star of the show were the green beans.. green beans should not taste that good! Incredible.

If you have not been to Will’s Grill, you NEED to get there! It’s mainly a Take-Out kinda place, although there are 2 “High Top” tables inside & there are a few picnic tables outside, weather permitting, of course but the food is pretty outstanding! I went with my Mom. She ordered a pulled pork sandwich, potato salad & coleslaw. I had 2 pieces of smoked chicken & coleslaw. Everything was very good. While we were eating, Will sent out a sample of their Brunswick stew, brisket & baked beans which were all quite tasty, as well! I’m telling you, if you’re out shopping @ the Outlet Mall, you should stop by! I doubt you’ll be disappointed!

We stopped on our way home to Virginia. Will introduced himself. After finding out we were traveling, he gave us some bites for the road. Hands down, one of the best BBQ dives we have ever visited. So much food for the money! It was delicious! Thanks, Will!!!!

I LOVE THE FOOD!!! Carryout only, except in the warmer months there is a little bit of seating, mostly outside. However, the food is the BOMB! Sides and meats are tasty. Try the full rack of ribs but you better go early, they will run out.

Absolutely LOVE the food here! Best brisket in the Louisville Area. I served my friends from San Antonio brisket from Will’s Grill, and they said they couldn’t get brisket this good in San Antonio.

Love this place! They’re moving to a new dine-in location in Shelbyville around November 1, and will be open until 10 p.m. So while I’ll miss them for the best drive-by lunches in Simpsonville, we can’t wait to visit for dinner!

Amazing!! First time here and it was so great! Friendly staff and the ribs….oh the ribs!!!! Fall off the bone delicious! They are moving October 3rd but that doesn’t matter I will be returning! Not one complaint.
