Food presentation nice. Giving out orders unorganized let me elaborate-after you order theres many bags (togo bags) sitting on the pickup counter. No one is calling out numbers…when u find your number its like 6 digits long.. guy tells me last 3 numbers. But he is not calling any not even the last 3. I wait up there just to keep on them. After a while everyone watching copies me and inquiries about there order. I’d start a number system since their line is long.

For food flavor panda express is better. Hot sauce makes it taste better.

Kitchen is staffed well. Front of house however is under staffed.

See photos for all the bags on pickup counter waiting….but no one is calling out orders…

I used to like eating here a lot. Just like every thing to eat at Barona has gone down hill. Mongolian beef was like warm. It wasn’t that busy either. The salt pepper shrimp also has declined. Last couple times a bit rubbery maybe double heated? Sucks I love Asian food. Been a while gonna try again. I’ll update this review and take some pics. They need to step up their game.

We ordered two steamed pot stickers at $12 each totaling $24.
They threw 10 of them in one container. This is worst $24 spent.

Very average at best. It’s pricey for the quality and quantity. I will say the short ribs were delicious though. Should have been more of them for the price. Definitely a one and done for us.

Food here is pretty bomb… My go to choices are: Pad Thai, Cantonese fried rice, veggie lo mein, Cantonese rice noodle, mixed veggies.

Friendly and smiley service from Sara. Appreciate her warm and kind attitude Thanks Barona for continuing the Friendly tradition for 10 years in a row… Congratulations

Pad Thai with shrimp was the worst Pad Thai we ever had! Noodles were very skinny & thin…as a take out…it stuck all together in one solid mesh. Do NOT purchase unless you want to waste your $21.00!

I AM LOVING THE FOOD COURT RENOVATION, Barona! When there’s a lot of Asian folks eating at an Asian restaurant, THEN THE FOOD’S GOTTA BE GOOD! Being Asian-American myself, I gotta tell you: I love Ho Wan (which means “good luck” btw)! This Chinese-themed restaurant has a plethora of Asian dishes under it’s roof (Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, etc). I highly recommend the Japanese Udon (#22), Korean Beef Short Ribs (it tastes like they pickle heir own kimchi!), the pad Thai with shrimps, Vietnamese Pho, and the list goes on and on!
