The Dunkin inside Great Wolf Lodge is pretty much what you’d expect—convenient, but not fast. You can order ahead, and I definitely recommend doing that, though there can still be a bit of a wait. If you walk up and order in person, plan on waiting quite a while longer, especially during busy times. Good for a quick caffeine fix, just budget extra time.

We used the GWL app to order and waited for our message to state it is ready. After a half hour, my husband went down to find it not ready. After they gave him our order and he returned to our room, we found items missing as well as our coffees being just black when we ordered special coffees. They are clearly under staffed and need extra hands. Those working were kind and we felt bad for them

It took an hour to get two coffees and some food. The store was full of people waiting, very crowded. They don’t text you when your order is ready so you just end up going back every 10 mins to see if it’s ready. You might as well just doordash another dunkin.

Inside of great wolf lodge and originally ordered thru their great wolf app (not available via mobile ordering via dunkins app). Ordered breakfast around 7am and was expecting 35-45 min wait. Was unable to order donuts or munchkins via app and had to do it in store at kiosk (only one kiosk inside but 3 kiosks outside store) which wasn’t busy. Food ready in 5-10 mins. Not as much variety as other dunkins but sufficient and adequate. Fyi there is a separate dunkin food stand with some grab and go, donuts and munchkins that had no wait. Overall very quick service. Update: line get long around 8am

Dunkin at Great wolf Lodge was a disappointment.
They need to have better service here. They force you to use the outside kiosk but the kiosk does not have what is on their menu. Then after you order there is no paper in the receipt machine. Staff are unhelpful.
Great Wolf should hold dunkin to higher standards at their facility.

This location seems to charge double the price for the same items that you can get at any Dunkin’ Donuts. They charge for flavors which are free anywhere else. Employees are also completely disinterested in helping people. I was told they are out of oat milk and they will cancel my order. I went to an ice cream shop and an employee said it was very strange they would not just get oat milk from him, so he literally walked over and handed them oat milk. It’s literally 30 steps but Dunkin’ Donuts employees would not make an effort to restock on oat milk and just cancelling people orders. What a shame, Dunkin!

Folks behind the counter fid fine. The issue is the ordering process. I had to use the kiosk snd all I wanted was two coffees. The process was overly complex and the options weren’t clear. They also don’t open till 0630. I’ll go down the road to Wawa next time.

An hour to get a coffee. Can’t use the Dunkin mobile app. They stopped serving donuts at 1030am. Lol Long lines long waits just leave hotel and get coffee it will be faster

The issue with this place is the kitchen cannot keep up with the demand. Waiting 30 mins for a coffee and 40 for a tea after getting a text saying my order was ready is insane. It’s not the fault of the staff.

This Dunkin’ is in a really nice location. The service is very slow though. It took me 20 MINUTES to get food. The kiosks were a smart idea, as it helped with the lines but not by much. The food was good. I personally recommend the blueberry munchkins, which were really good. The Boston crème donuts were ok… not as great as Krispy Kreme. The cheese and egg breakfast sandwich was nice, but could use a little salt. Finally, the hash browns were really good, coming in bites which made sharing a packet easier.
