Wow! All American steakhouse really impressed me with their food! The blackened chicken pasta was AMAZING. The flavor was just….so good everything was seasoned perfectly, I couldn’t get enough. They also gave me a big hunk of bread pudding that was also good just wish it came with more ice cream. I ordered through Grubhub and service was great , didn’t take too long at all. Definitely will be ordering again!!

I ordered out from this location and I ordered the Bourbon Street Delmonico steak well done and when I got home cut it open it was nothing but red inside . I had to put it in the oven and cook it longer just for it to lose that grilled taste I wanted . I also ordered the grilled pork chops again WELL DONE but when I got home the pork chops were all red inside. This was my first time ordering from this location and I am not happy with the way my food was cooked .

Great neighborhood place to eat out in Lake Ridge / Westridge. The bartender and waitstaff were working their tails off to get everybody what they needed. I ordered the pork chop, which came with two sides. I chose the side salad and French fries. With the prime time discount from 11:30-5:30 M-F, it was only $11.99 for all that food.

This place is excellent! Not only the food but the service. They practiced the service recovery really well.

Long story short.
Last Wednesday 12/20/2017 we came to this restaurant to have some great steak, but the place was full. We were told that we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table but that was it, they didn’t say anything else. Because we thought it was worth the wait, we waited for about 35 minutes and when we asked again about the table, we were told that the kitchen was backed up. They only had one cook and orders were piling up and that they had tables but our food would take another 35 minutes. We were annoyed because they were not up front with us and so we left.

Because we like this place so much, we came back on 12/22/2017 and the manager (a lovely and honest woman) came to our table and talked to us about what happened last Wednesday and offered to get an appetizer. It was so good!! And we are happy customers! We forgot what happened and thought about what all the staff had to go through that day.

They practiced service recovery and it is awesome that they care so much about their customers. Way to go All American Stakehouse!

I went here for the first (and last) time last Thursday evening, along with my four-year-old son. The food was ok. The chili was bland and had huge chunks of tomato and ground beef floating around, but if you don’t like real chili I suppose it would do. My steak was good (got the sirloin), the baked potato was fine, and the chips & queso were above average. The service, however, was terrible. Let’s see, where to start?

First, when we arrived we were asked to wait for about five minutes until we could get a table. No problem. There is a big, glass window right in front of the grill and my son had a great time watching the flames flare up whenever the cook flipped a burger or seasoned some meat. This was the highlight of the visit, for both him and me. When we were at last escorted to our table I was surprised to see that we passed entire rows of empty tables on the way, along with several scattered among others with seated customers. Big, full sized tables, all the little, two-person tables along the wall, three medium tables with tops dry and gleaming in their pristine, unused, not just-vacated condition. I thought maybe they were understaffed or something and could not support opening the entire dining area, but the number of waiters and waitresses I saw standing around the entrance to the kitchen, idly chatting, belied that notion.

The two of us were seated at a table long enough for six people and I was given a menu and a coloring sheet and crayons for the kiddo. There was no children’s menu posted anywhere, not on my menu, not on his sheet, but our waitress informed me that they had one after all and I requested a burger and fries for him. I asked him if he wanted pickles and he stated that he would, and then requested extra pickles. He clarified, as only a four-year-old can, that by extra he meant that he wanted them on the side, next to his burger on his plate. The waitress acknowledged his request and wrote it down.

Soon, our appetizer came out, and then my chili, and finally my food. At one point our waitress stopped by and asked if I wanted a refill, and I said, “Yes, please.” Five minutes or so went by until she returned, looked at my empty glass and said, “Oh yeah! Your drink!” before disappearing again. When she returned with the beverage, she asked, “Where is his food?” indicating my son. I told her that I had been wondering the same thing, and she said she would go check on it. When she returned, she apologized and said that it had been overlooked but should be out in about five minutes. I requested it to go, as I would be done by then and it would be easier to feed my boy at home anyway (he was already half-full from the dinner rolls). When his meal finally arrived in a to-go bag, I paid my bill (no offer to comp anything in an attempt to make amends) and left. When we got home, I gave my kid his food and discovered that his burger came with a single, solitary pickle. Not a whole pickle, not a pickle spear, but one little pickle chip. He was very disappointed.

So, way to go, All American Steakhouse! You can’t manage your floor staff, your kitchen can’t read an order slip, you get zero marks for customer service and you brought sadness to the heart of a child. Well done.

Really like this place for the area. The food is decent and they have a good bar. Good atmosphere and always enjoy sitting at the bar here. There are probably better places not too far away which is why this doesn’t get 5 stars but I definitely like going here.

Excellent service and food! All the staff, from the hostess to the waiter, were very polite and professional. Michael was our waiter and he delivered the best service we ever had! The rolls were divine and the chicken wings were some of the best we’ve had! The delmonico steak was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed the Turkey burger. Ordered carry out 2 days after dining in because we loved it so much!

So, if you are on the fence about this place, I am going to set your heart and mind at ease. My hubby and I needed a place to give our twins their high school graduation party and this was my first choice. I was hired to do a military retirement event at another one of their locations and it was out of this world amazing; but this event blew the other one out of the water. First, I was able to chat with Kat and Leah about what I wanted and the desired “look/feel” of the brunch. The day of the event, I was able to come in several hours early to set up. Unlike my first event 2 years prior, 2 of my 3 servers literally helped me set up ALL of my decorations from start to finish. They rearranged the entire back area to my desired specification and gave me a cupcake and desert table, a table for all of our appetizers for the guests and a third table for our candy station and gifts. There came a point when I had to leave to pick-up all of the balloons; the wait-staff continued setting up for me and took care of things as a few of my guest began to arrive as I was leaving. The manager, chef and a few other workers came over before the start of the party to review my food order, answer a few of my last minute clarifying questions and pick-up any last minute items off of the floor and table.
This location is the best; absolutely 5.5 stars!!! My husband and I will continue to come here for our date nights, family events and all other activities in between. Great food, Great people, Great environment!

Our server was great. The hospitality staff were great as well. My wife and my coworker had issues with their burger and steak either being over cooked or under cooked to their liking. We’ve eaten there before before the pandemic. I’d still go back again. My food was cooked to perfection. I had a steak and two sides. One of my sides came late. I’m hoping that post pandemic they’re just trying to find the rhythm they use to have. Give them a try. I still think they’re worth it
