Food was pretty old and the frys were basically cold when we got them. Person in the drive thru window just stuck their arm out the window and then shut it without a hi bye or anything of sorts. Used to get great food and service at this location anytime of day but thats definitely changed unfortunately.

My vanilla cold brew was absolutely disgusting. He put half and half in it and when I asked why he put it in there, he told me that is how they make them. It’s supposed to have vanilla frosty mix in it but i guess people are too lazy to go back and grab a bag from the cooler

As I have only done drive-through here, I cannot rate the atmosphere. However, all workers have always been pleasant with me. The only reason I gave a 4 rating on the food is that I have been there 5 times now. 3 out of those 5 times, the food was great…fresh, hot, and delicious! However, the other 2 times, the food was lukewarm, and the soda was bitter (as if it wasn’t mixed correctly). I give them the benefit of a doubt, though. Fast food work isn’t an easy job. Anybody can have a bad day. I really do appreciate that they always remember napkins, straws, and flatware… and offer it with a smile. That really does make a difference.

If I could give this Wendy’s a 0 I would. Always cold fries, always forget something, never good attitudes, never give you sauce, no napkins, never give you a receipt. & usually that’s not a problem. BUT when they forget something and you go back around to get it they will treat you like a liar and ask for the receipt they never gave you & argue with you about it! So by the time you get the food they forgot the food you already had is cold.
Also, I ordered 2 combos and 2 frosty. I only got one straw. BUT my real question is why did I get 4 forks and no spoons?!?! I’m usually not one to complain but this is every time I go to this Wendy’s. Do better please.
