Every year we get the large meat cheese platter for Thanksgiving. Its so much easier and so worth the $. It feeds up to 16 they say but we had 20 last yr and had days of leftovers to make sandwiches. The entire staff and manager always go above and beyond o make things right if any error or mistakewas made. We have made this a tradition we plan to keep for years to come.

This review is a bit of a combination. On this particular list things went well. But on the previous visit on which I was NOT asked for a review we stopped by the store at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they were closed even though the sign says they are open to 5:00. Very frustrating! In addition, that building entrance is very poorly designed and clearly in neat of maintenance.

I’m upset, the website says they close at 7, but when I went by to pick up my order at 6:17 they were already closed. You would think the Friday before Christmas they would at least work their normal business hours.

Nasty, awful u couldn’t even eat the bread it was so hard. So disappointed And for what they put on it. Was not worth it. It was so small. Subway is way better. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Better off going to the store and buying your own ham and making it yourself….thats why the store was EMPTY. $9.49 for a nasty little crystal size sandwich. add $3.50 for a meal. don’t waste your time and money.

Okay we have bought honey baked ham for many years and have always enjoyed them each time. However this time we are completely dissatisfied with the 8 pound ham we bought for our Christmas dinner yesterday. The ham had no sweet glaze on it at all nor did it have a sweet honey flavor at all. This ham had a deep overbearing smoked flavor and has a unpleasant Wang taste. We had other family members try tasting this ham also and each one of them said the same thing. It’s the worst ham they ever had and not up to a honey baked ham standard for taste and quality. So we know it was just not our taste buds since others agreed after tasting it. Very Very dissatisfied and unhappy that this disappointing ham brought a negative taste and vibes to our Christmas dinner yesterday. We are going to call the Oakridge TN store manager where we bought our ham and give the manager a opportunity to correct this issue we had with their product. We have all most all of the ham left because no one really wanted to eat it out of fear that this ham could be spoiled or something like that and that’s totally never happened before with a honey baked ham we ate in the past. We will update this post real soon after we talk to the Oakridge TN store manager and we will post their response to this post and our complaint about this totally disappointing ham purchase The total price we paid for this ham was about $100.00 And at that price we feel we have a right to expect a quality great tasting ham that we have always had before when buying a honey baked ham for our holiday meals. Signed very unhappy long time customers the Murphy’s. ☹️. 12/28/22 Okay I promised a update on this after we talked to the store in Oakridge TN. They told us to bring our receipt and the unused portion of the ham back to the store and they would issue us a full refund for what we paid for the ham. This morning we returned the ham with our receipt and they happily refunded our money to our debit card that we paid for the ham with. Great customer service here guys. We will continue to buy honey baked hams now. I don’t know why this ham wasn’t good but this matter was handled correctly by the store. We are satisfied customers now. Just a rare occurrence We hope. The Murphy’s.
