This place never fails to disappoint. Ordered a big dill burger without cheese and a unsweet tea. Our order was repeated back to me THREE times. I got a sweet tea, a burger with cheese between every layer and fries hard enough to break a tooth. I shouldn’t be surprised. This sonic has been awful for decades. New management has made no improvements.

I had higher hopes for this sonic after they re-opened. Their ordering kiosks don’t accept payment. Of the two times I have been there they have completely left off items that were paid for. The items received were not fresh and not made correctly. The manager will simply state I can’t help you with a refund if you order on the app ♀️. A refund is the only solution for food that isn’t fresh and menu items left out. I really dislike this for this location that is closest to me. They have a long way to go to get this up to a mediocre standard. It’s disheartening that we don’t have access to good food anywhere near Glenn Heights(that I know of).These restaurants really need to do better. Corporate needs to come in and enforce a very basic standard for Sonic. That would be a vast improvement. What’s the point of renovating/reopening when the service and food quality is this bad? Picture is of the crispy chicken sandwich. Looks like a beef patty, the thinnest chicken fillet I have ever seen. Avoid.

I tried order a simple #2 with a cherry lime aid. It took 10 mins just to get that added because I was being interrupted constantly. Then when I tried to pay with a gift card all hell broke loose. Constant communication problems. I just cancelled my order and left.

Wasn’t even busy on a Monday afternoon. This is what I get as a shake. Not even filled, no whip cream, and no cherry. Also, I got an oreo cheesecake shake, and there’s strawberry in my drink from the drink before. So they’re not cleaning their equipment between customers and probably don’t clean the kitchen at all. Believe all of the negative reviews you see about this place.

I was skeptical about this sonic because of the reviews but we just had the most pleasant time! We were a group of 7 and we took a chance and loved the service. I wish I got the servers name but she brought out our drinks promptly and assured us our food was coming out fresh soon. That’s exactly what happened. Everything was fresh and delicious! The fries were BOMB. Bravo to the evening shift!

This is exactly why this location gets no business. The workers are so very slow – no sense of urgency! Then on top of that- the cook is just as relaxed about getting orders correct. To make matters worse- my son finds a very long strand of hair in his sandwich! This location needs better management and better staff period!
