First Time at this location in Bremerton/Silverdale Washington.
Coming from The Hawaiian Islands, we don’t have ColdStone Creamery anywhere, so to find this during a trip out in Washington… it was an absolute must.
The same great ice cream, the same great taste,just with new flavors and more.
I am not disappointed and am very grateful to have found this gem of an ice cream parlor still being here atleast in Washington. ❤️ 10/10

I went in and ordered a Pint of ice cream, i was given this. Half full. I’m very unhappy with my service as well. We had to tell the lady 3 times we wanted it to go, seemed like she was high. We ordered around 8:15pm 10/22. The service was poor and i didn’t receive what i paid for, i got half ass icecream.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a custom cake for Mother’s Day on Friday (5/9), and when I arrived Sunday to pick it up, I was told there had been a “mix-up” and it was sold to someone else. They claimed to remake it on the spot, but when I cut into the cake later, it wasn’t what I ordered at all.
Worse yet, after finishing the cake, I discovered a date marked “5/7” on the bottom—meaning they just gave me a premade cake and lied to me about it being fresh or custom. I’ve been back twice to try to speak to a manager and have gotten no response.
Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I expected better from a brand like Cold Stone.

I had another fantastic experience at the Silverdale Coldstone! Kaylen was very sweet and patient as I took my time deciding between all the delicious flavors. She offered helpful suggestions and made sure my order was just right. Her friendly attitude and warm smile made the visit even more enjoyable. Great service like this keeps me coming back!

Ordered on door dash and paid 14$ for soft serve…..It was supposed to be “peanut butter cup perfection” with added chocolate chip cookies and brownie with peanut butter sauce…. I got 1/4 of a Reese’s cup and 3 whole chocolate chips in it. Quit being so stingy with the extras.

2/5 stars. I did a custom ice cream cake, the smallest size. The workers forgot the caramel filling and the piping isn’t the best handwriting, the piping makes the cake look more homemade than if I paid a company, but I did pay a company, so I’m a little disappointed. The cake itself is good, the “cheesecake ice cream” tasted like vanilla, not cheesecake. Apple pie mix in saved the cake, best thing about this cake, but I wish I had more of that mix in.
Since cold stone wants to comment on my post saying that they “we do not specialize in professional calligraphy/cake decorating nor do we advertise ourselves as such”. But on their website it says that they “Expertly craft your Custom ice cream cake”. Which would mean all aspects of the cake should be done “expertly”, including calligraphy. If you order online for Take-Out, make sure to ask for the cone! For whatever reason, regardless if it is an additional paid cone/bowl or a inclusive cone/bowl, this location 100.976% ALWAYS forgets to give the cone. Other than that, the ice cream, service, and geographic location are great!
